The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. It was sad for us to be there only one day. We really appreciated the water filling station to keep our bottles full while out and about.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Marseille. The hotel's location is both practical and spectacular, offering breathtaking views over the Old Port and the Mediterranean while being just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which offered an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality products in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. A fantastic hotel that combines stunning views, outstanding comfort, an excellent breakfast, and first-class hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.
