「I got robbed in Paris and couldn’t make the reservation. I asked them to cancel my reservation. They told me it was nonrefundable and it was my tough luck. They wouldn’t help me at all very bad. PR would never recommend this place.」

「Property is good and no complaint about that.
But the staff at the reception are not qualified.
When I checked in , the receptionist said that there is parking on the front and side of the hotel.
I got one parking spot on the front and my car was parked overnight.
After I parked , I even told to reception and confirm with her.
Morning I saw the parking ticket on my car

「Very nice hotel. The one bedroom suite we booked is facing the fjords. Love the onsite EV charging stations. The foods in restaurant are fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner.」

「Service og renhold var god, men vedlikehold var langt under standard, planter fra bed utenfor vokste inn under vindu på rommet, det elektriske kunne trenge en kontroll. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt med det meste bortsatt fra at det ikke var en eneste teskje og kun 1 spiseskje.
Vi er høyst overrasket over at de kan kalle det hotell」
