"Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. Owner is the most friendly and interesting expat we’ve encountered. Can’t recommend highly enough, was an absolute dream escape!"

"Our family loved this hotel for its colonial charm, walkability to the center of town and to various restaurants and coffee shops. There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Great laundry service. The room was a nice respite from the heat and with good air conditioning. If you want to see the lively local market, there are a number of vendors only a block down where the locals shop. "

"We booked the upstairs apartment, which has two queen beds and a very spacious bedroom with a TV. It includes a kitchenette, a small fridge, a dining table, and a living room with a TV. The AC worked perfectly in the bedroom. Everything in the apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment also has a big balcony with a distant but very nice view of the city, which was a pleasant bonus and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and kind, and they waited for us until 2 a.m. because our flight was delayed. Everyone was very dedicated to making our experience a good one and made us feel genuinely welcome. The apartment is very close to downtown, which is convenient, but it also means there is noticeable street noise, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Additionally, there are no blackout curtains, so both the street noise and outside light can be disruptive for light sleepers. We wished there were more breakfast options, but what was offered was still nice and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very nice experience!"

"I am so grateful for to have found this spot. The host were very warming and nice. I was looking for a place to stay last minute due to another property faild to come thru. I was looking for a place around 1am in Nicaragua. I thought to myself it’s 1am, and we may have to wait to the morning or next day to get a response. I want the message and Tamara responded and made magic happen for me and my family. She got us checked in that morning as. Saved the trip for all is! I can’t believed she answered at that time. We arrived later that day and I am not gonna lie… I was shocked! My mouth was wide open fromThe gate opening with a security guard who is on premises 24/7, but the property was immaculate! My whole family was in love with everything. The house was amazing but eh surrounding area on the property was gorgeous. A pool with a view, the lake was beautiful and it had hot natural spring water thermo spots. The service top rated and you have to comeCheck this spot out.
