This property was clean and the staff were all very nice. However, the body wash and shampoo were out. Although I asked for it to be refilled, it was not. Otherwise the visit was very good. I would stay here again!

Easy Parking. Slept well through the night. Room was very clean. Enjoyed a nice complimentary breakfast before checking out. Also hotel has easy access to interstate and McDonald's for a late snack. I will stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while and had not one problem. From check in to check out everything was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and smelled wonderful!!! I don’t know what was in the room but every time we stepped back in, it smelled as if it was freshly sprayed with Lysol!!!

A great stay, service and sleep!

This has been one of THE BEST hotel stays I have ever had! This hotel is brand new, clean, and stylish! Trushad gave amazing service, was very kind and accommodating to my changing needs. I will definitely be back whenever I’m coming to Augusta.

The front staff at Wingate are outstanding, so very helpful and patient when guest is unable to work the TV remote. Beyond that they are friendly and are very welcoming. The rooms are lovely, newly renovated and yea no carpet. Beds, pillows are grand. Very clean and will stay here again.

Outstanding Service

Huge thank you to all the staff in Wingate I20 for their service and hospitality during the Masters last week. My original booking was quite last minute and I could only book two nights due to availability but the team at the front desk were amazingly accommodating and we ended up staying for 5 nights. Highly recommended too for convenience to Augusta National less than 20mins by cab.

Would be nice to have luggage racks in the room, no place but the floor for big suitcases. TV remote was quite difficult to work, finally went to front desk where lovely lady that checked me in helped. Remote should be simple. Room was very clean and comfortable, pillows little stiff for my taste, but all in all a lovely night.

The staff was great. I did notice our bedsheets had some hair on them that didn’t belong to like or my husband, there was hair on the shower walls and stains on the walls in there. The room itself was clean and the WiFi was great. My husband and I did get stuck in the elevator and had to pry the door open ourselves. But other than that it was great! Although not the hotels fault, there were some very loud occupants that would yell and run in the hallways.

I was on first floor in room 113 whom ever was on the second floor they must have had a WWE Battle royal because the noise from them jumping up and down shook my room I finally called the front desk to complain. And it died down other than that it was very clean and I will definitely come back
