Had a great stay. Me and my partner arrived after reception closed during the holidays but retrieving our room keys were easy as you just call from the entrance and they’ll open a box to let you get your keys.

I could not stay in the room I had booked. I did not realise that the Quest Takapuna does not have opening windows nor is this pointed out on their website nor is it in the booking features nor is there anything in the room to advise that they have vented air in the room. I called the after hours manager only to get no response. I spent the night at other accommodation which was diffcult to find at that time of night. Since the room was not used, other than to walk in and then out I asked for a refund to be told that they could not do this. Suffice to say I will not be booking there again. A really disappointing experience.

Dear Despina,Thank you for your feedback and apologies your experience was disappointing.As I have explained on the phone, our windows do not open however there is a fresh air fan which brings fresh air from outside as well as A/C for a comfortable stay.You have checked in after hours and not long after you have checked in you called to advise that you are leaving the hotel due to our windows not opening. You have guaranteed the booking and not wanting to stay because of no opening windows, I did not genuinely feel was a valid reason for a refund. I am really sorry we did not meet your expectation and hope your alternative accommodation provider has provided what you needed.

The room was lovely and spacious and decorated really nicely. It was very clean and tidy in all areas. You could use steps or elevator and was a quick walk to shops and quick drive to Eventfinda stadium which is why I was there. Free movies in the room was a bonus and there was a large selection to chose from. Also the washing machine and tumble drier in the bathroom was an awesome feature Parking wasn't easy unless purchased through hotel and i world have liked more eateries closer by but all in all it was a great stay and I would stay again. Staff was friendly and housekeeping were lovely.

Good Apartment hotel- would go there again
Good Apartment hotel, with everything needed for a longer stay. Only downside - no restaurant in hotel, grocery store a bit away- a bit problematic without a car.

This is second time staying here. Top rate hotel. Has washing machine and dryer in room. Stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, jug, pots, plates, cups, glasses. Everything you need is there in the room. April at the front desk is kind and friendly and housekeeping are too! Highly recommend!

The room itself was the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. Had everything we needed. The bed was a bit firm, but I had no issues. The staff were lovely, and helped us when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Dunny too low. Hand basin had no place to accomodate a sponge bag. The hotel lacks an adequate drop-off area. Guests should not be expected, on arrival, to have to double park so as to off-load baggage.

Great place to stay. Easy access.
Lovely room. Very clean and comfy beds. Manager and staff very friendly and accomodating. Only problem was there was no parking available but were lucky enough to get street parking. Bonus was a washer and dryer in room. Would recommend.

A very clean and tidy rooms everything is inside the room so don't have to worry about doing the laundry so yes, our stay was very lovely and i will highly recommend it. it's a top-class place to stay

The property had everything we were after and we were very happy with the stay. The only dislike if I was to choose is there is no layby parking when checking in and awaiting parking card or when checking out to hand back parking card.

Awesome, will stay again
Great place, clean and tidy. Their was off street parking in a neighbouring surburban area. Easy instructions for check in as we arrived around 11pm, just ask. The only minus was we did not know that the apartments were not serviced on a Sunday. This was fine but would have been nice to know before I threw wet towels in the shower as asked by them, as they did not dry.
