The evening staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. TJ from the kitchen and espresso bar was so helpful and really made me feel the heart in heartland.
There were a couple of things could be improved. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm, though the bathtub in the room could also be used as a hot tub as it had jet spray functions (I didn't try it).
In the morning I had a surprise as someone had charged some meals to my room. The receptionist seemed new to the job and not very skilled in customer service in English. He did promise me they would not charge my card but said he had to wait for other morning staff to try to track down who charged expenses onto my room. What I think the hotel should do is how other hotels I have stayed in do which is to get a signature fir receipt of each chargeable service and then they can easily recognize the duscrepancy if someone has charged something to the wrong room.
