The owner was very nice to deal with and was kind enough to let us get into the home a bit early - much appreciated! In addition, she does have some nice things in the house - two coffeemakers, good internet, seating options, tvs, etc. But this house is old and needs repairs/replacements - the beds are not comfortable, the deck is rickety, some of the windows are old and don't close all the way (so bugs get in - mayflies and stink bugs), the dishwasher didn't drain completely and the hot water ran out after less than 3 showers. Also, the downstairs was cold (it was in the 50's and 60's outside and the main floor was around 70). With that being said, if you're looking for a house almost on the water (it has a dock, kayaks, etc.) that will hold a group and you're not looking for 5 star comfort, you might enjoy this house.
