Located in the historic district of Auburn, less than 5 minute walk to downtown and local shops, restaurants and night life. Large studio with full kitchen, private entrance, large ceilings and windows, allowing for natural light, 58" smart tv with Roku access including pluto, netflix, disney plus and more. Studio is a 2nd floor apartment, fully furnished with a king bed and two roll a way cots ( 4 inch mattress, may not accommodate all adults comfortablely)full kitchen and full bathroom with step in shower and adjustable shower head. Large parking lot for boat or r/v parking. Housekeeping in provided upon check out only, however daily housekeeping service can be arranged by request. A/C removed last week of September and reinstalled mid May.

Great place to stay!

I stopped here on part of my east coast road trip and the property was great! Came in late but the check-in was super smooth, the place was clean and had tons of amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months.

Very Comfortable

Enjoyed a three day stay in a "reconditioned apartment" of a once majestic brick "Edwardian" house on a street with some well preserved mansions. The compartmentalization allows for several comfortable living quarters. Easy parking and access. On a manhistorical mansion mansion

Historic town in the finger lakes

My husband and I loved staying in a historical town. We brought our husky along with us. It was pretty quiet even with other dogs in the building. Everything you could need for a short stay! Thanks!

A lovely apartment with sparkly new bath and kitchen. Honey-colored wood floors in the living room with comfy furniture to watch the big TV. A very comfortable vibe of home.

Easy Rental

Everything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.

Lovely apartment, convenient location

I reserved the property for a last minute getaway and was glad to be able to bring my dog. Chay was so helpful and check in was super easy. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. There are other units in the building but I never heard any of my neighbors. Thank you!

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Auburn. The building nis located on an historical street lined with old mansions. Many of the historical points of interest were within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable and the kitchen is clean and well stocked. So glad we chose to stay here.

This apartment is so awesome! Great location with plenty of parking and very well lit. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The main room was so comfy and the king bed was super comfortable. We were 3 adults celebrating a big birthday, and our only negative was the roll away cot was not suitable for an adult. We did bring an air mattress which fit without crowding the spacious room and had a great time. We each said we would definitely stay here again any time we are in the area!

Very nice apartment. A few suggestions move the TV on the wall across from the bed, add restaurant menus, add a small dresser with 1 or 2 drawers

The property has great possibility but we were very disappointed. Walking from the parking lot to the house we passed all kinds of junk piled behind the house. Inside just smelled stale. We think the property was probably clean but because of the smell it didn’t feel that way and we felt uncomfortable. There was simply a lack of attention to details.
