"We appreciated the kind and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The breakfast room offered good choice for breakfast and staff was attentive. The bathroom was nicely appointed, very clean and functional. It is in an area that makes it easy to get anywhere. I was concerned we would hear trains on the nearby elevated line but the trains are quiet and with the window shut they really aren’t heard. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel."
