ヨーロッパには珍しい内装が斬新なホテル
内装がリニューアルされているのか、斬新な内装で、バスタブにジャグジーも付いています。ただ、道路から長い階段を上らないとレセプションにつかないのが残念。バリアフリーは望めませんが、こじんまりとした居心地の良いホテルです

アマルフィ海岸から歩いて約15-20分ほどにある静かに過ごせるホテル
Wifiが故障のせいか、部屋の中で見れなかった。 他に何人かいたようで、ロビーに集まっていた。 アマルフィは観光客多いがホテルの近くにあるアトラーニのビーチはわりと静か。 ホテルの出入りは、階段が多いので、重い荷物の方は大変。 ホテルを見つけるのが、少し大変。

リラックスした滞在が出来ました
地図だけで一発でたどり着くのは難しいほど、路地を入ったところにあるのですが、屋上からの眺めも素晴らしく、周りも静かでリラックスした滞在が出来ました。 アマルフィまでは徒歩で10分から15分ほどで、あまり不便は感じません。 ジャグジーつきのバスルームが広くて快適でした！

Very kind staff and nice hotel
Reception staff were very kind that they told us nice restaurant also asked to book concert and factory etc. The hotel is nice location to stay cos near beach and Amalfi center. I will stay here again.

ナポリから山奥の道を抜け、アマルフィ海岸前を通りホテルに着きます。階段の上にあるホテルですが、夜に着いたので、日本にはない建物の作りとライトアップ、親切なホテルマンの歓迎にテンションが上がりました。部屋は牛柄の壁紙でユニークでおしゃれな部屋、バスルームも清潔でおしゃれでした。シャワーキャップ、バスソープ、スリッパ、ドライヤー完備で、歯ブラシは受付に電話すると持ってきてくれました。wifiのつながりも快適です。

地元の人に道を聞かなければ辿りつけないでしょう
アマルフィの港から車道を通らす歩道のみで行くと、とても難しい。 入り組んだ迷路のようになっています。 そこで生活する人の気持ちを味わえるという楽しさはあります。 車道を気にせずに歩けば、10分程度です。 部屋はとてもきれいでモダンな感じでした。

窓からの眺めが最高
部屋の大きさはそれほど大きくはないが、ジャクジーが部屋の中に斬新に置かれていてイタリアらしいスタイルがおしゃれ。5階の角部屋はバルコニーがないけれど、窓からの景色で充分だし、6階の屋上から見れば問題なし。屋上ではバーが完備されてて、ナッツとかもくれるしサービスは良い。スパは1階にあり、利用してる人はいなかたったと思う。アトラーニの中でも綺麗なホテルだと思うし、プラザ、ビーチにも近い高ロケーションです。

アマルフィから少し離れたホテル
アトラニという地区にあるので、アマルフィに到着して10分ぐらい歩かないといけません。遠くはないのですが、荷物があると大変です。 アトラニというのが分からず、タクシーに乗りましたが、20ユーロという破格の値段を払わされました。交渉したが、かなり強気で、嫌なら歩けと。。 ホテル自体は綺麗で、海側の部屋を取るとアトラニの景色がとても綺麗でした。 荷物がなければ、そんなにアマルフィからも苦ではありませんし、綺麗さを求めるならありだと思います。 タクシーを使わないでいいように場所の確認だけは怠らずに！

Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was excellent with amazing views of the ocean and Atrani. Its location is great for getting to Amalfi and is quiet so you can get a good nights sleep away from the busy centre of Amalfi. The team at Palazzo Ferraioli are fantastic and so helpful and warm. The breakfast was very good as was the coffee and service. Some people have posted negative reviews for accessibility which I can understand but everything is documented in the listing. The hotel is located within a medieval city so lots of steps to climb! We would definitely stay again as 1 week is not enough to explore all that Campania has to offer. Thanks again for an unforgettable week.

Highly recommend, large room with amazing views
I loved my stay. The view from my room was spectacular. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I love that each room has its own unique twist. The location is great, it’s so much more peaceful than Amalfi, not dealing with the huge crowds and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Amalfi (use the pedestrian cave) when you do want to visit. Great restaurants and a nice beach! What really stood out was the service here. Carlo was perfect and so so helpful with my large luggage upon arrival and departure. He went above and beyond.

Excellent Full Service Hotel
This was a lovely hotel with surprisingly robust amenities for a tiny town (spa, etc.) The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the view from our room was gorgeous. The service was above and beyond, especially Carmela and Carlo. We felt welcome and well cared for and would certainly stay again.

Carlo was my super hero. He carried our bags up allwyways with steep steps to the hotel. Then was there, with a smile, to help with any issues we had. He is the best. Excellent hotel.

Great Option if Visiting the Amalfi Coast
Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel provided a memorable experience for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. It is a slight challenge to locate, but the locals in Atrani are very helpful and guided us to the appropriate alley way. If you contact the hotel upon arrival, they will assist you with your luggage up the stairs and to your room, which at that point you will not get lost trying to locate the hotel. My cellphone was not operable so we took our luggage up the stairs ourselves, which was a bit of a challenge....there are to say a few steps you must climb to reach the hotel reception. The room we stayed in was 503, and the view was amazing. The room is very spacious and they provide you with plenty of towels, robes, slippers, bath products. Our only slight displeasure was the air conditioner in the room only works when the key is inserted into the room slot and the windows are closed. Since we visited in hot August, the room upon entry from a day of walking around Atrani, Amalfi, Positano was very hot and stuffy, but after about 30 minutes was comfortable. Staff here at the hotel made for a very intimate and welcoming setting. I cannot say enough about Carlo. He works what seems everywhere in Atrani. Everything we asked for, Carlo delivered with a great attitude and made us felt welcome. The result was one of my most memorable vacations I have ever had. The breakfast buffet was decent. We did eat on the roof one night and the meal and drinks were wonderful.

For those seeking an Amalfi Coast stay as well as cost-cutting and quiet, Atrani in general and the Palazzo Ferraioli is a sweet and satisfying find. Yes--there are those 80 plus stone stairs to the first floor--but where on the Amalfi Coast do you not have to climb up and up enjoy its riches and scenic gifts? Lovely complimentary breakfast. Carlos is the smiling, funny, and ever helpful strongman to get luggage up and down those stairs.

Loved this place! If you want to go to the Amalfi coast stay in Atrani it is waaaaaay less populated and the town of Amalfi is just around the corner (maximum 10 minute walk!!) Hotel Palazzo was amazing the staff was very friendly, the masseuse & the roof top server were especially excellent. There is a lot of stairs to get to it but they will meet you at the bottom & carry your bags for you. They have a spa and rooftop jacuzzis as an extra bonus! The view from the big open windows is also a must see!

Looked over multiple hotels and decided to stay here in Palazzo Ferraioli because of the amazing pictures and service reviews, and it did not disappoint at all. First, let me say that yes, there are stairs as everywhere in here, and it is part of the experience and charm of the Amalfi Coast, but what really stands out in this hotel is the service! Vincenzo, Daniela and Carlo and such a great group of people, always with a smile on their faces and ready to make your stay as great as it can be! First day we came tired from France, and just booked what I considered “the best massage I’ve ever had”. This is not your typical “Fancy Spa massage”, but a real massage from Daniela, that will wake up your senses and leave you ready for your whole vacation, just Amazing! Then Vincenzo at the reception, the guy is always happy, smiling and ready to tell you where to go, your best options for transportation, what makes sense and not, where to eat to avoid “tourist traps” etc, he was so helpful and attentive all the trip. And then you have Carlo, guy is just a “character”, typical Italian dude with a smile and such a customer oriented attitude that you just can’t keep quiet around him. In summary, beautiful hotel, amazing views from room and Solarium, superb customer service. Thank you Vincenzo, Daniela, Carlo and Antonella for such a wonderful attention during our 20th Anniversary!
