Last minute family vacation

This was a last minute family trip and all I can say it that we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the place. It was renovated very nicely. The shower was really nice. There is plenty of room for a family of four, maybe a little more room than needing, but it was very nice to have the space and not be crammed in. Didn’t really take advantage of the mini kitchen, but if we stay there again and have more time to plan we would definitely plan accordingly. It is nice that you get access to the pool at the pavilion hotel next door. It is also nice how close it is to the boardwalk and beach. Overall very pleased with our stay and the communication with the property manager Rebecca.

It was perfect location. It Seemed as tho they just cleaned surface level. The bunk beds had 1 pillow without a pillow sheet on it, a sheet, and a wool blanket that was not comfortable and old. I had to By a comforter to be able to Sleep comfortably. The one day it rained and the one window was leaking the room had so much water in it. They also didn’t tell me I Need to bring certain things such as hand soap, paper towels, trashbags. Also the light on the porch stays on all night but no curtains in the room so it can keep you up.

So they should tell you you get up to six beach tags with the rental. There is no parking, you have to pay street parking from 9am-12 midnight or use lots that cost $25. You cannot beat the location as it is two blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The apartment itself was very bare basics, need a thorough cleaning, and wa s good for a night but I would not want to stay long. They need a new couch better bathroom door and there is not where to sit anything in the shower and it’s not for older folks no handle my mom almost fell. The hallway steps smell like dirty animals and the folks down below us had 4 dogs who barked all night. tV in two bedrooms and the living room and central Air was nice. Be aware of steps if you have a 200 unit.

Great condition, newly remodeled. Would sleep 10 comfortably. Needs second bathroom for the number of people it sleeps. Could use mirrors and paper cans in bedrooms, outlets near nightstands, more common area seating. We would still stay there again, amazingly convenient location.

The beach house itself was great so clean, modern, very cozy.. The shower coming from the ceiling was awesome.. One block from the boardwalk was a plus.. The staff wasn’t that friendly except for the 2 check in ladies.. I had to keep coming to get toiletries & for the price I paid we shouldn’t have had too or have the cleaning person come daily. The sliding bathroom was different but cool

Overall, we’d stay here again. Pros - * location is excellent. Very close to beach and boardwalk * communication was great with the property manager and she was helpful and flexible *small but efficient and can sleep a lot of people * love the porch Cons - *appeared clean but floors were very dirty. They had been swept but weren’t really washed and our feet got dirty walking around *one bathroom. The bathroom is big, clean and the rainfall shower is awesome. For 12 people, one bathroom is tough. However, we knew that going in Overall, we’d stay again jusr based on the location and updated modern decor

Parking is a bit of a strategic nightmare if you have a wider car but the fact that it’s available was a god send also the property manager is an absolute doll and so helpful. He was always a swift and clear communicator and great whenever we had any issues (there weren’t many) the one downside is the bathroom. It has a barn door and as such the door never is fully closed and you could easily reach your hand through the gap and open the latch. Wasn’t a big deal for me especially because the shower was so amazing I felt it was fine but the other members of my party were fixated on the door the whole weekend because they felt they didn’t get enough privacy lol. I think it’s beyond worth it but if your a shy user you might want to proceed with caution

The property looks like it was just renovated. Everything was very clean and in great shape. The location couldn't be better for access to the board walk and there is a pool connected with the hotel. Beach tags were provided and the room uses an old school key. Full sized fridge (uses ice trays) microwave, stove and sink - wasn't blown away by the kitchen, but it was definitely functional. Since the place was new there were some things that may not have been worked through, like a place in the shower to put soap or shampoo. A couple things to note: We were a small group, but I think the room thinks it sleeps 13 which isn't possible unless half the people are under 8. There is only one bathroom and the door doesn't lock so if you have a large group, there will be a lot of waiting for the bathroom. The parking was a bit of a challenge getting in, but it was fine and the staff was awesome to deal with. I would definitely stay again understanding the limitations.
