Centrally located! Minutes from shops, restaurants, and the convention center and very close to the boardwalk! Lots of natural light. Off the main street!

The space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a kitchen, a living room, a front sitting room, and a front porch.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen-sized bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds full-sized
Common Space: 1 Sofa Bed

You will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note;

Street parking is near the house, you may also park in a Garage around the Broadwalk.

Weekend in AC
Host was kind enough to let my friends and I stay an additional night because the house was ready for us additionally. Super responsive hosts, house was conveniently located for us. The interior was as pictured do some research as per other reviews. Overall, good stay.

House is in a very unsafe place. There is no street parking(street limit is 3 hours). The house was riddled with ants. Not a cottage-it is a duplex in someone’s back yard. Broken glass scattered on property

Ants Everywhere
We stayed here for 4 nights and were ready to leave after the first night. Ants were all over the home especially in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Maybe it was because of the season change but still this home needs to be fumigated. Highly recommend not staying here!

nightmare stay
property was not a cottage but a duplex. Area where located was run down with a lot of homeless and vacant properties. property leaked and ruined clothes because there was no place to put clothes up. Had to leave early because of conditions. No parking near property. Would not recommend still waiting on a promised refund.

Cute place, sketchy neighborhood, terrible parking
The house itself is adorable once you’re inside. The interior pictures definitely matched the description and I was happy about that, but getting to the property was not how I imagined. Parking is tough. Street parking only and nothing ever close to the property so you’re walking quite a ways in a neighborhood that doesn’t feel very safe. It’s not “steps to the beach and Caesar’s” like the description indicated. It’s a long walk through areas that don’t feel safe. The only grocery store around, we quickly left and drove a distance just to get food while we were there. Adorable house but the location is definitely misleading and I kept apologizing to my kids for putting them in a location like that unknowingly. I’d never stay there again.

I believe the property says that it’s a block away from the boardwalk and it’s 2 blocks away. A lot of the houses in the area are abandon and it’s not safe at all for family with kids. You see a lot of things that children shouldn’t see. Bedroom door was looked when we arrived so someone had to come and unlock it and all this we want to have the property ready when u arrive is just not true. Too many rules and it’s not worth it to loose a night of sleep.

Very friendly neighbors. Overall place is what it said it was going to be enjoyed our stay wouldn’t recommend families with young children.

Great place
The house is nice and matches the pictures. You stay behind another house and next to someone but is not bad. It is a short walk to the beach and plenty of things to do around the house.
