When you enter the fabulous Mediterranean Mansion by the Sea through the grand foyer, the magnificent custom spiral staircase and chandelier set the tone for the whole home. The main level is the heart of the house: the dramatic two-story great room with its cozy gas fireplace and huge flat-screen TV with Sonos, a fabulous bar for evening cocktails (with its own refrigerator and beverage cooler), and a separate living room and TV/media room for quieter moments. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream — Viking and Sub-Zero professional appliances and granite countertops throughout. The dining room seats 10 very comfortably at the main table — you can squeeze in 12 — with room for 6-8 more at the game table in the adjacent living room, so all 18 guests can dine together, and nobody misses out on mealtime conversation. The separate media room doubles as an 8th sleeping space: its sectional sofa holds a queen sofa bed with an Air Dream mattress — a standard 4-inch sofa bed mattress with a 5-inch integrated air mattress on top that inflates to full mattress thickness and adjusts to each guest's comfort level, as comfortable as a traditional mattress — along with a large TV and a dresser. French doors with blinds close for sleeping privacy, and the powder room is right next door. Adjacent to the media room, a full-height coat closet takes long-hang clothing and is stocked with extra pillows and blankets. Step outside to your private outdoor oasis: the in-ground pool (28 feet long, about 4–4.5 feet deep — you have the option of heating the pool May through October for an additional fee) surrounded by a gorgeous travertine patio with a large circular sectional, chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table and a high-top bar table, plus a Weber propane grill for outdoor dining. The private putting green adds a little friendly competition — putters and golf balls are provided.

The 2nd floor holds 5 luxurious, oversized bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Most bedrooms feature king-sized beds (the primary suite has its own wet bar and custom closet), walk-in closets, and direct access to one of the many balconies surrounding the house — 4 of the 5 bedrooms connect straight to a balcony. Wake up to rejuvenating ocean views and fresh sea air each morning. The whole house is comfortable in every season, with 5 zones of air conditioning and 12 zones of luxurious radiant floor heating you can control in nearly every room.

The 3rd floor hosts 2 more oversized bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds), another full luxury bathroom, and a large common area with two queen sofa beds, each in its own semi-private area with its own TV and dresser — super high-quality American Leather sofa beds with memory foam mattresses, as comfortable as any standard bed. This floor has its own wet bar, making it a perfect hangout spot. Step out onto the rooftop deck to soak in the sun and sea breezes — it faces the ocean with fabulous unobstructed ocean views, the perfect place for morning coffee, sunbathing, or stargazing at night.

For your convenience there are 2 high-efficiency washers and 2 dryers, a Sonos music system streaming throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. A full linen service is provided — all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels — and in the summer months, 18 beach towels are included too. For your convenience, entry is keyless — you'll receive your own unique access code for your stay, so you never need a key.

Atlantic City is only a short ride across the bridge for those interested in the famous boardwalk, the exciting nightlife, restaurants, gambling, spas and shows.
