Beach and ocean views from just about every room. 2 balconies that face the ocean with nothing to block your view. Pull into your garage and leave the car there for the week. Walk to restaurants, rides, ice cream, etc. (and of course the beach is a few paces away.) the home is cozy and in a quieter, slower part of town but a short walk to the action. You have no neighbors above or below you so no early morning banging above you and if you're making the early morning banging no one to worry about waking :)

We stayed at this property for a family getaway for Thanksgiving and all I can say is wow. Amazing house, amazing views, and we had an amazing time. Dan was wonderful to work with. He happily answered all of my questions and even gave me some excellent tips for places to eat that were open off-season. We will absolutely stay here again.

My family and friends had a delightful week at this beautiful property. I’m an avid cook and found the property was fully stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, plenty of cooking and eating utensils. I brought my favorite knives, and a grater from home.The area was quiet in the evenings, with the exception of the calming sound of the waves. Each room was beautifully decorated, and the bedrooms were spacious. Extra blankets and extra pillows were in each bedroom. The 3 full bathrooms, were supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The property also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach games, several bikes. Our host, Dan, quickly responded to all communication.

Amazing property, the view from both decks was gorgeous. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Stocked with everything you will need for the beach and numerous bikes to ride on the boardwalk. You will absolutely love this place!!!!

Amazing

Just got home from a week at this beautiful home! What an awesome experience and the house contains everything you would need. Waking up to the breathtaking views and sound of the waves is everything you think it would be. Dan provides all the info you will need and is readily available. Great place!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, and 2 grandchildren (age 2 & 5). It’s very well set up for our group. The location on the boardwalk is perfect, close to all of the action but far enough away that it's quiet. It's a very well-kept townhouse and well-appointed for guests. Comfortable gathering area and bedrooms - beds with great mattresses. The extras were great, a big toy box with fun toys for the kids, lots of box games, bikes for everyone including a bike carrier for the younger kids, Dan was a great host and very responsive. We'll return for our next trip to Ocean City!

Beachfront Location

Property is located on the beach front in the quiet north end, and has unobstructed views of boardwalk, beach and ocean. Owner was accessible and communicative and quickly responded to any questions. New mattresses were extremely comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, etc. Property was maintained well and clean. Highly recommended with five stars.

Great for Families, Excellent Location

My family (2 kids, 2 adults) loved our stay... We have been to OCNJ many times before, and this was one of our favorites. The house was great - clean, tidy, and well stocked. Daniel was friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect. We walked and rode bikes, only moving the car a few times for longer trips. Having the garage for the car and bikes made it easy, as well, since parking can be tricky. Highly recommend!
