A great experience
The house was awesome and just like the pictures presented. The view from the livingroom was amazing and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. He made us feel welcomed and offered his assistance, if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Joe was a great host. Always accessible to us and quickly addressed any concerns we had. It was a great location - easy to get around. Being on the water was most enjoyable. Lots of room, Laundry facilities a bonus! Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway
My wife and kids wanted to come up to AC and visit rainforest cafe. We decided against hotel and chose to stay here for space. Home it is very spacious and quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed. Everything was very clean neat and organized.

Just an overnight
Came down to celebrate some birthdays and hotels were a fortune. Found this listing and it was perfect location, quiet neighborhood, few minutes from casinos. The owner of the property was so nice. He checked in with us a couple days before as well as that day. Everything about the house was as expected. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

New Years 2023-4 Stay
Nice 1st floor rental that is on the waterway. We really liked the number of rooms/beds available and the large space of the living & dining room area. All around peaceful and quiet too. Thank you for having us for the New Year!

Property sits right on the water, so views are great. Big property. Close to AC, so just an Iner ride away to the casinos.

Its was very noisy really bad at night from upstairs there was one wash rag bed linin had smell did not smell clean there was food left in bed room.dresser middle bed room with two beds tv remote did not work hand rail going to front door got spleners in hand really bad. Still trying to get them out did not have much sleep because of upstairs the couch was not what was in pitchers light did not work over table

We had a great time. High water due to high tide, but Joe gave us a heads up, so it wasn't a problem. I liked that eating establishments were within walking distance.

Fantastic View!
We had a great weekend stay! The view of the water can't be beat! Proximity to Ventnor's beautiful beaches, local coffee shop, ice cream parlor and more made it so we really did not have to drive once we parked in designated spot (x2) in front of the garage (we drove to Margate for dinner one night and had a delicious meal at Barrel's) Joe was very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions we had. A deck off the living room would have been ideal; however, we made the most of the floating dock in the rear of the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Joe's place to family and friends!

Very comfortable house with great views
The house is very comfortable, although the largest bedroom was cold during our stay. Joe was very helpful. We’d suggest an upgrade to a smart TV for streaming purposes but overall a very nice stay. Would recommend.

Trip to Jersey Shore
Our experience felt like a trip to a relative’s house. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, only three blocks to the beach. Watching the boats going by on the canal was was nice plus. It would have been pleasant to have some outside space, but there are lots of windows. Be aware that the stairs to access the property are somewhat steep, if there are elderly people in your party. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating.

Beach weekend - 3 families with kids under 3
We’re 3 families, each with one child under 3 that stayed at Joe’s. It was exactly what we expected and perfect for our needs. Large space, multiple tubs (great for bathing kids after beach day). Joe was friendly and responsive. My only criticism is that there was what looked like black residue at the bottom of the dishwasher (so we just didn’t use it), and that the tub drains did not plug, so we had to keep the tub running during bath time. Other than that, great space, well equipped kitchen, would totally rent again. Super convenient for walking to the beach, and to morning coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Nice condo/dirty pots, pans, dishes
My husband and I enjoyed our time at Joe's condo. No balcony on the waterway was a major disappointment for me, but it was my error in thinking there was one. The condo was more than enough for the two of us with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Our main concern was the dirty pots and pans. We usually prepare most of our own meals, and we were upset that many of the pans and dishes were greasy, or at least dirty. We hand-washed all the ones we knew we'd be using for the five days. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and even though it is not a designated dog beach, we were able to take our leashed pups (mid May) on the beach. We also discovered the Longport dog beach which was about a 20 minute ride. That was our main reason for visiting this part of New Jersey. We liked the family-oriented, low key feel to the neighborhood although the selection of shopping venues and restaurants was slim pickings! One last note .... this condo is on the second floor so there is about an eight-step staircase to climb .... not wheelchair friendly. All-in-all, we had a nice get-away and will definitely visit Ventor/Longport in the future.

Best suited for large family
The 3 bedroom + great room is very spacious and comfortable. There was more than enough room for my 3-person family. We liked it especially for the king bed in the master suite. A larger family would benefit from all the space. The décor won't win any awards and the furniture is a bit out dated and mismatched. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful via text message. He even showed his thoughtfulness by providing a recommendation to move my car due to high tide stemming from a big storm during our stay.

Lovely property by the water

Anniversary get away
Joe was very responsive and greeted us on arrival. The property is located on the water and it was so relaxing. Beach is in walking distance, safe environment and nearby park. Joe was more than willing to assist us with any questions we had about our stay. Look forward to coming back again.

Perfect for a family get a way
This home was just what we wanted--great location, comfortable, unpretentious. It was well equipped for preparing meals and hanging with family. We loved that we could have our little dog with us as well. Joseph kept us informed of everything we needed to know. No issues at all, it was great.

Lots of room, dogs welcome and they loved walking around the neighborhood. Paddle board and kayak to use if you wanted. Nice quiet neighborhood. Minutes walk to the beach just over the bridge and good food. And minutes to Atlantic City.

House is a bit dated but great access to the water for wave running, paddle boarding, swimming, etc. Pet friendly and our dog loved swimming in the lagoon.

Lovely large home on the Intracoastal Waterway!
This amazing home isn't just on the Intracoastal Waterway... It's OVER it! One entire wall of the very spacious living room is nothing but windows that look straight down at this beautiful waterway that's just a short walk to the ocean beach and boardwalk. Part of the living room actually hangs over the water. You access the kayak, SUP, and canoe from below, not to mention the crab pot (we caught a few crabs!). My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Wish it could have been longer. Our host, Joe, was cheerful, communicative, helpful to answer any questions and encouraged us to "Have fun!" The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are in the same very spacious open area so it makes cooking, eating, and relaxing together easy, comfortable, and meaningful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well. The place has a wonderful "beachy" vibe that beckons you to relax, unwind, recharge. We spend most of our Saturday in the ocean and lying on the beach. An easy walk with ice cream and other treats along the short walk over the waterway back to the house. Highly recommend this beach home. Would go back in a heartbeat.
