Five-minute walk from the carport — down Willis Avenue and through a sand trail onto the Atlantic Beach shoreline. Quieter than the central public access points. Gear in the beach storage room under the carport. Ground-floor outdoor bathroom for the return.

Main entrance under the carport — keyless Kwikset entry, Ring camera present. Three doors under the carport: beach storage room, ground-floor bathroom, main entrance. Interior stairs lead from the main entrance up to the second-floor hallway and on.
PARKING
Shared carport with Unit B — four total spaces reserved for your stay. Unit A parking is on the right side. Unit B parking is on the left side. Please park on the right side only and leave the left clear for Unit B guests.
THE HOT TUB
Ground level, steps from the carport, private to Unit A. Accessible from the backyard and via the secondary exterior door on the second-floor hallway. Partially visible from Unit B`s exterior stairwell — Unit B is independently owned and operated.
THE VIEWS
Bogue Sound views from the king suite screened porch, both screened porches, kitchen, and dining table. Partial Atlantic Ocean views from the uncovered top-floor front deck — clearest direct ocean view on the property. Ocean visible from screened porches but neighboring unit`s structure sits between your porch and the water. Second-row property — not direct oceanfront.
THE SCREENED PORCHES
On either screened porch you may see or hear guests from the neighboring Unit B. Unit B is independently owned and operated.
THE OUTDOOR BATHROOM
Ground floor, exterior access only. Shower and toilet. For post-beach and hot tub use. Not connected to interior living spaces.
BATHROOMS
King suite and queen suite have fully private en-suite bathrooms. Twin room and second-floor queen bedroom share the hallway bathroom — twin room has direct access, queen bedroom uses it from the hall.
THE DUPLEX
Waves on Willis is Unit A of a duplex. Unit B is independently owned and operated. You may see or hear neighbors from the adjacent unit during your stay.
SECURITY
Ring camera at the carport entry to monitor cleaning and maintenance teams.

This property features a private outdoor hot tub that the guests are welcome to use during their stay. The hot tub is inspected, and chemically balanced, every week. However, this does not guarantee that the spa water will be chemically balanced prior to your arrival. Guests are encouraged to chemically check the water prior to entry with the provided pH strips.
Our team inspects and services the hot tub after each guest stay to ensure clean and proper operation. However, because factors such as weather, frequency of use, and guest product residue (lotions, oils, soaps, etc.) can affect the water quality, guests are strongly encouraged to use the provided pH test strips to check chemical levels before entering the hot tub.
If the water appears cloudy, has an unusual odor, or shows imbalanced results on the test strip, guests should avoid using the hot tub and contact the host immediately for assistance.
By choosing to use the hot tub, you acknowledge that it carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, overheating, dehydration, chemical sensitivities, and health complications related to heat exposure.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of all members of your group, including children and any invited guests. The owner/manager does not assume responsibility for injuries, illnesses, accidents, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur in or around the hot tub.
Individuals with medical conditions—including pregnancy, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications—should not use the hot tub unless advised by a physician.
