Recently updated 4 bedroom, 2 bath in Atlantic Beach....just steps from the beach, Island Grille and close to the pier, Amos Mosquitos, shopping and the Causeway...perfect location! This house is great for families or two groups traveling together. Two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchenette and large den with TV are downstairs. Doors open to a porch and outdoor shower and the ocean view awaits you. Upstairs you'll find another two bedrooms and bath, den and full kitchen. Large porches on either side of the home invite you to relax and take in the salt air. One porch boasts a dining table and 8 chairs, and an outdoor grill, sink, and prep counter, and lounge area complete with a couch, umbrella and two cushioned chairs. The ocean side porch is where you can relax, swing on the couch swing or enjoy a meal or cocktail at the table while watching the waves.

Room 1 - King bed - top floor
Room 2 - Queen bed - bottom floor
Room 3 - Two Full Beds - bottom floor
Room 4 - Twin Bunk Beds and one twin bed - top floor

Beach access is diagonally across the street in both directions from the home...about 40 feet.
Home is equipped with an 85" tv upstairs and a 75" tv downstairs. The King and Queen rooms also have tvs on the wall.
Board games and some ocean toys, umbrellas and chairs are available to use.

We arrived at the house around 12:30. Housekeeping was finished and I texted Neal to see if we could enter home at that time. He responded quick with a yes! The house was in a great location. We did have more than three vehicles but the next store neighbor Sandy said they were leaving for the week and we could use their driveway which was so nice. She is a book writer and we ordered her book as a thank you. The house was clean. They even had soap, shampoo and conditioner available for our use. The three decks of furniture was great. Some metal furniture needs replaced. We were pleased with this home and all beds were super comfortable. Neal was great to deal with and answered all questions pretty quick. Thank you Neal!

A must stay!

My family vacations to AB every year and we have fallen in LOVE with this property. You can't beat the location - it's on a quiet street with beach access seconds away. We were also able to walk to several local restaurants and were close to the grocery store and AB downtown area. The home itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings and suitcases. The two living spaces and second kitchen on the main floor were extremely helpful! We had tons of space to spread out and relax. Having a second fridge was helpful for food and drink storage as well as having the second oven on nights we ate in. Our favorite spaces were the upstairs decks. The covered porch on the front of the home has a great swing and awesome view of the ocean. The back deck has a large table that fit our whole family and provides beautiful views of the sunset. Neal was a great host and always responsive when we had questions. Check in instructions were clear and easy to flow. We came with three SUVs and they were all easily able to fit in the parking spaces provided. We will 100% be looking to stay here again on future trips!

Nice stay!

Very nice visit. Great access to the beach! Beautiful porches. Yard/bushes going to to the porch needed trimming. A couple of the mattresses were a little soft but furniture/beds/linens/kitchen accessories overall were very good. We will come back again! Owner very responsive. Beach chairs/towels great to have.

Amazing property, and overall experience :)

We are so happy with our stay. Our family enjoyed the location, all the outdoor spaces, and indoor living spaces accommodated big groups. Such close access to beach, and lovely ocean views were a treat as well. The decor is elegant, and the 2 kitchens were really a plus. Great communication with the host, and easy checkin/check out.

Family time

Very cute house and beach access was close and easy. Spent alot of time on the 2 great decks- one with nice ocean view! Perfect for 2 families with kitchen/ living up and down. The interior pictures don’t do the cottage justice! We had lots of fun and the house more than met my expectations !

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home is beautifully updated/decorated and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked very well for our 2 families with kids. We also loved the outdoor spaces and easy walk to the beach.
