My friends and I came down to GA for a weekend of fun celebrating birthdays in ATL! This house was AMAZING.!!! So spacious, clean and in a nice cozy little neighborhood. So quiet and peaceful.! I will definitely look this house up again when we come back in this area again.

Property was easy to get to, clean, had great spaces to sit and hang out, and was perfectly set up for us enjoy our time. Would definitely return. We had no issues and the owner was great and quickly responded whenever I had a question.

Quiet and Clean
We stayed here with 3 other dads/baseball player families. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook for all 8 and everyone slept comfortably. The location has good freeway access and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The boys made smores at the fire pit one night too. We were able to log into our accounts on the basement TV and relax after a day at the fields. The host provided some kcuos and ice for us as well

Great house for a big group
The house was clean and very spacious for a large group. It was nice having the big fenced in backyard for the kids to play and the firepit. Only recommendation I have is having a few more towels and dishes if accommodating that many.

Great Choice
We stayed at this property last year and chose to stay again this year. It is becoming our home away from home. Very spacious, clean and the owner was great. Location was close to the places we wanted to visit. You can’t go wrong with this property!

True to Description
Nice and clean and great communication from host. I would suggest stocking the bathrooms with more towels. One per person for a 3 day stay is not enough. Conferences do not give a person a lot of time to wash towels. They are cheap and no reason not to have at least double that. Thanks

Great Choice
This was indeed an amazing choice. The cleanliness and check in process was great. The two way communication was quick. The description and photos in the listing was true to it’s word. Very family friendly! Excellent choice! It did not disappoint.

Great stay
We enjoyed ourselves. We were celebrating family members’ birthdays and it was nice to come together as a family and just enjoy ourselves. The house wasn’t that far from things that we wanted to do. I would definitely rent this property again. We didn’t have any issues so it wasn’t a reason to contact Mr. Cash. He sent the information to the house in a timely manner, so check in was a breeze. Thanks for allowing us to have a memorable moment.
