Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, pool, and driveway (fits up to 4 cars).



Please note: basement, garage, and maid’s closet are reserved for storage.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area, yet conveniently located to downtown, and all Roswell has to offer.



Getting Around:

It’s very easy to get around at this location - located very convenient to downtown and all Roswell and surrounding areas have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

• No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking allowed only; additional cleaning fee applies if violated).



• No parties or events. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with exterior surveillance cameras. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.



• Starter items (toilet paper, paper towels) provided; longer stays may need restocking.



• The pool is not heated, but Atlanta’s warm weather keeps it pleasant for swimming on hot days. The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday, though you may notice some leaves from the surrounding trees. A skimmer is provided for guests who wish to clear the surface between cleanings.



• Because the home is in a beautiful wooded area, you may occasionally see Georgia water bugs outdoors or even a dead one inside. Monthly pest control is in place to keep everything well managed.



To help maintain the quality and comfort of the home for all guests, the following may result in additional charges if applicable:



• Excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover

• Unapproved late checkout or early check-in

• Smoking inside the home

• Damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items

• Pet-related damage or undisclosed pets

• Excessive markings or damage to walls

• Plumbing issues caused by improper use (including food in drains or non-flushable items in toilets due to septic system)

• Items left behind after checkout that require retrieval, storage, or return (an administrative/handling fee may apply)



Much like hotels, we require the primary guest to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a brief terms & conditions agreement prior to receiving check-in information. These steps help us maintain a safe, secure, and smooth experience for all guests and are required for all reservations. Because these requirements are part of the check-in process and may impact our ability to rebook the reservation dates, refunds cannot be provided for guests who choose not to complete them.
