"It wasn’t really a “luxury hotel,” but it was a lovely place where we could truly enjoy the feel of an overseas resort. We didn’t see any Japanese staff, but that actually made it feel more like being abroad, which we liked. Even with our limited English, everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we had a great stay with our child. The staff were all super cool and really cute!"

"朝食も美味しく、野菜や果物も新鮮で健康的に1日をスタートできました。こどもは朝食無料なのもありがたかったです。お部屋はやや古さを感じましたが、清掃も行き届いていて快適に過ごさせていただきました。ナイトマーケットなどの中心部まで大人で20分くらいなので、海辺の道をのんびり散歩できて気持ち良いと思います。しかし、子連れだと疲れてしまい、一般のバスを使用しての移動で少し面倒でしたが、地元の方と一緒にバスに乗ったのも子どもにとっては良い経験になったのかなと思います。本当にありがとうございました。"

"友人が自分より先に到着して部屋に入ったが、部屋にゴミが残っていたようで掃除してくれていた(ゴミ箱一杯分)。冷房はon/offしかないので温度調節ができない。宿泊中、常にタオルが足りず一緒に宿泊した友人がレセプションにもらいにいってた。また、使用済みのグラスも変えてくれないと怒っていた。"

"スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーかつ親切でホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 早朝便だった為早めにホテルに到着し荷物を預けようとしたら、閑散期だったおかげか、既に部屋が準備できているとの事でチェックイン時間より前から部屋を使う事が出来ました。休憩したり仮眠を取ってから観光でき、一日目から有意義に過ごす事ができました。本当に助かりました、ありがとうございました。 また館内に給水機があり、水は買うと高いのでとても助かりました。 各観光地や送迎の待ち合わせ場所へのアクセスも抜群で、観光目的の方に本当におすすめです。 近くに無料の有名なプールがあるので館内のプールは利用しませんでしたが想像より小さく見えました。また徒歩圏内にモーニングから営業してるカフェが沢山あるので朝食ブュッフェは利用しませんでした。タオルの交換は毎日ではありませんでしたが、ベットメイクは毎日来ていました。"

"All of the staff were very kind and helpful. However, there were a few issues during our stay. I booked two rooms, and only I developed small itchy bumps on the tops of my feet that looked like insect bites. The other person staying in the same room had no symptoms, so I wondered if there might have been insects in the room slippers. The next morning, we also found many ants near the TV in the other room. Since the hotel is located in a nature-rich area, it may be unavoidable, but it was still unpleasant. There was no bottled water provided in the room. The staff explained that the tap water was drinkable, or that we could go to the gym to fill up drinking water. We arrived late at night, and there were no convenience stores nearby, which made things a bit inconvenient. Because this is a Hilton-affiliated hotel, I had higher expectations, so unfortunately our stay was a little disappointing."
