Our Villa Mariza is a light-filled 120 m² retreat perched above the blue waters of the Saronic Gulf. Bright, air-conditioned interiors centre on a colourful lounge with smart TV streaming, flowing into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and rustic six-seat dining table. Four serene, air-conditioned bedrooms sleep up to six, served by a full bath, extra WC, and in-unit washer. High-speed 100 Mbps Wi-Fi reaches every room and two wrap-around, sea-view balconies—ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset wine while the village hums below.
