Fantastic host, perfect location and wonderful accommodations. His flat has been recently renovated and was well stocked throughout with plenty of toiletries getting us through our 5 days in Athens. Air conditioning was perfect with a unit in each room, needed as it reached 37C during our stay! Walk to all the major attractions, bus, train and tram are just a couple mins outside the door too. Highly recommend the 3 or 5 day transit passes. Although it's close to the road, we never noticed any road noise. Our host was amazing, very responsive, offering many suggestions and was helpful throughout our stay. If I'm back in Athens, will definitely book again, you will not be disappointed!

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for a trip with my mom. There is no onsite reception, but the host texted access instructions the day of check-in. The property location is exceptional- close to absolutely everything within walking distance. The apartment itself is a little run down. It didn't feel entirely clean, particularly the bathroom. The hose to the sprayer on the shower wasn't connected, so when I turned on the shower, water went spraying everywhere. The shower doesn't drain well either, so after a 10-minute shower, the entire shower floor was flooded. When we first arrived, only one of the beds had sheets. I texted the host and he made it seem like my fault that the other bed wasn't prepared because I didn't tell them in advance that we needed both beds. As I booked a 2-bedroom apartment, the host shouldn't automatically assume it's a couple and make both beds. After a long day of travel and a late check-in, it was annoying to have to wait for other sheets to be delivered by an assistant so I could go to bed, though they did so quickly.

Great location, close to Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, and sites. Host were nice and attentive. Only slight issue was parking, but we found street parking nearby, but if not driving then there’s no issues. Great place.

This was a wonderful place to stay, comfortable beds, accommodations were clean, close enough to walk to all the sights, instructions were clearly communicated. Just wonderful! If you have kids I think Little Kooks was a dessert house fully decorated for Halloween and Christmas at the time! You should go it’s maybe a 10-15 walk at most.

The property was in a great location and was very comfortable. The owner communicated with us very well and made our arrival and entry a breeze. The unit is a good size for a family and the air conditioning works very well. It is right next to the acropolis and close to the train station for easy access to the airport.

The service was just the best. Nikos was so accommodating because we arrived late and he gave such detailed instructions and allowed us in. In the last day he was willing to let leave our luggage’s in the apartment after checking out. The apartment is impeccable clean, and they had all the conveniences of a hotel with a welcome of home.
