There is an open-plan living room with a dining area and fully equipped little kitchen, a sleeping area and a separate bathroom.
There is a parking spot in the front yard, and you will have access to the building's private, beautiful and spacious backyard garden.
The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of the building / semi-basement.
There is Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbs), Netflix, air-conditioning & heating.

1 queen-size bed for 2 people (1.60m wide), 1 folding bed for one person (upon request), 2 kinds of pillows, bedding, towels, bathrobes and slippers, full-size mirror, iron & board.

Shower, washing machine, hair dryer, handsoap, earbuds etc.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment, the front and back yard, the floor's corridor and the apartment's parking spot in the front yard.

GETTING AROUND: The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area of Nea Erythrea, 2 min. drive from the town center, 5 min. drive from Kifissia center, and 45 min. from Athens center, using your car or the metro from Kifissia station.

CONVENIENCE BASICS: There is a super market at 1 min. walk, a mini market for fresh bread every morning at 2 min. walk and pharmacies at 4 min. walk. At 2 min walk there are several options for take-out coffee and snacks, and the supermarket down the road also provides ready- cooked meals.

DINING/ OUT: Nea Erythrea and Kiffissia offer a high variety of options for a place to eat or chill, from every-day souvlaki places to highly rated gourmet restaurants and high-class bars. There are also some beautiful open-air cinemas in the summertime.

SHOPPING: Kifissia center is well known for its many fashion boutiques of famous brands. Nea Erythrea center also offers some nice options for shopping. And then there are the big shopping malls, like Golden Hall or The Mall.

SPORTS: The neighborhood has lots of pedestrian roads, bike paths and trees, which makes it ideal for running, walking or biking. If you like hiking, you can also visit Parnitha mountain and the national park nearby.

According to the greek law, short-term rentals pay for environmental tax 8€/night for months April to October, 2€/night for months November to March. If this tax is not automatically included in your total payment, you will need to pay the difference in cash on checkout.

Mobile phones might have weak signal inside the apartment. We have installed an additional antenna to improve GSM reception but still some connections might not work properly. WiFi works very well and we believe that most of your communication needs will be met.

Τhe apartment is a semi-basement, descending 6 steps at the entrance.

For winter time, the heating is set up to work up to 21°C in order to save energy. This helps us keep our nightly rates affordable.
