Gazi is ideal for discovering Athens because of its ideal location in the heart of the city. It is a very safe and vibrant neighborhood with many shops to cover every need. From cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues to theaters and museums, Gazi is the neighborhood that covers everything. At the same time, you can walk around the center of Athens as everything is within walking distance. The archaeological site of Kerameikos is 200 meters away, the Ancient Agora and Monastiraki 1.5 km away, while the Acropolis can be reached by foot in 25 minutes, following a the most beautiful route through all the main sights of Athens.

Ma Maison Downtown Loft N° 4 is an apartment located in Gazi, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network. There is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. Kerameikos metro station is 1 stop from Monastiraki and 3 from Acropolis. It is a very safe neighborhood with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, commercial shops, banks, etc).
It is an open plan apartment consisted by one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom can be separated through very sophisticated plexiglass sliding doors that will ensure your privacy if needed. The bathroom is separated by a modern glass door. Let’s see the details:
• Strong wifi-ultra high speed internet through 5G Network (+300 Mbps!!!!),
• Centralized heat/cold air system connected through channels which you control through two separate on-wall controllers,
• Electrical water heater system for the use of hot water,
• Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
• Balcony with great views to Technopolis and the National Observatory. It has 2 comfortable chairs where you can relax and enjoy your wine watching the beautiful sunset,
• Comfortable Italian design sofa and a flat 40inch smart tv with a satellite tv (Nova Cinema), Netflix and a lot of free satellite channels. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
• Marshall Bluetooth speaker for unparallel sound quality,
• Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
• Bathroom with a shower cabin,
• Hairdryer,
• Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all-weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items,
• The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomile, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.
For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation.

We can arrange your VIP transportation from and to the airport/port for you with our new luxury shuttle. This way, you will not have to deal with anything. Just sit back and enjoy your trip. We will prepare everything for you. Our associate will pick you up from the airport/port, take you to our home, carry your luggage inside and show you everything you need to know about our home.

You can also come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. The Metro is at 200 meters from the loft. If you decide to take a taxi you will need 40 minutes from/to the airport and 25 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus. 

If you have a car then the National Highway is 3 kilometers away which offers easy access everywhere.
