立地がとてもよく、観光しやすかったです。 シャワールームは毎回びしょびしょになってしまいますが、1人だったので気になりませんでした。複数人での宿泊だと気になってしまうかもしれません。 設備は少ないですが、安さと立地から考えるとすごくよかったです。もしまたアテネに来ることがあれば再び利用したいです。

深夜に到着予定だったので、24時間チェックインのホテルを予約しました。事前にその旨をメールで連絡していたのにも関わらず、メールは返信なく、ホテルに深夜に到着すると鍵がかかっていて深夜のアテネで締め出され、30分くらいすると、上からホテルの方が出てきてようやく入れてもらえました。案内された部屋は清潔とは言えませんでした。壁に穴があったり、シャワーはお湯がでません。部屋の交換とシャワーの事を申し出るも全く応じてもらえず。シャワーは20分待てばお湯が出ると言われたが、全く出ませんでした。Wi-Fiも全室に行き届いていません。微弱な電波を探しながら繋ぐ感じです。私たちが泊まった部屋が悪かったのか他の部屋もそうなのか分かりませんが、アクセスだけは良くその他のサービスは最悪と言う感覚です。2度と泊まりたくないホテルです。

立地最高。安心して泊まれる宿。
立地について。モナスティラキ広場から歩いて3分。買い物も食事も、非常に便利な場所にありました。夜中12時頃でも人通りが多く、ペットボトルの水を買いに行ったりするのも困りませんでした。 少し古い建物ですが部屋は清潔で、スーツケースを広げるスペースは十分にあります。冷蔵庫や金庫はありません。コンセントは枕元の他に二つ。夏の冷房はよく効きました。部屋でwifiも問題なく使えました。 洗面所には石鹸とシャンプー。歯ブラシはありません。他のレビューにもある通りシャワーカーテンが短く、どう使っても洗面所がびしょ濡れになります。ホテル用スリッパではなくシャワーサンダルが必須です。 朝食はコーヒーとパン、ハム、チーズなど簡単なものです。ホテルの目の前にカフェがあり、そこで美味しいコーヒーとパイを食べられるのでお勧めです。カフェは朝6時から昼2時までの営業、日曜は休みとのこと。 ホテルのフロントには、男性4人が一人ずつ順番で勤務していましたが、皆親切でした。滞在中、小旅行に出ている間はスーツケースを預かってくれました。 またアテネに行く際は泊まりたいと思います。

古いですが、改装されています。エレベーターあり、 朝食は ブッフェですが、シンプル。部屋にも湯沸かしがありません。アテネはお茶代も 結構します。屋上から アクアポリスが見えます。モナスティラ、中央市場にも 徒歩5分、アクアポリスまで歩けます。

金額相応のホテル
モナストラキ（Monastiraki）から徒歩圏内です。空港へ行くのも便利です。部屋の冷蔵庫が無く、廊下にある共同の冷蔵庫を利用します。他の方のレビューの通り、浴室が水浸しになります。シャワーを浴びる際は注意をした方が良いです。エアコンの効きが悪いです。従業員は何かと親切でした。この金額なら納得です。

空港からのメトロで乗り換えなしで行けるモナスティラキ駅から程近いホテル。パルテノン神殿が部屋からみえるほど近く、観光客がまだいない朝の涼しい時間帯にアクロポリスの丘を散歩するのがおすすめです。

３つのシングルベッド
大通りに面していて、入口は狭いが、歩いていると大きな看板が目に入り、分かりやすい。エレベーターがレトロな感じで、部屋も清潔だった。しっかりとした３つのシングルベッドがあり、子どもも安心して眠れることができた。メトロの駅まで徒歩５～６分で行けるので便利だった。

地下鉄の最寄り駅、モナスティラキ駅から徒歩数分で、中央市場にも近くて便利。冷蔵庫は無く、設備は最小限だが、料金からすれば妥当なところだと思う。ただシャワーブースの水はけが悪く、床に水が溢れ出た。ビーチサンダル持参をお勧めします。

モナスティラキ駅に近く観光に便利な場所での値段の安さを考えると、こんなものかなと思いました。部屋は狭くシャワー、トイレも狭いのでホテルでのんびりと過ごしながらの観光を考える人には不向きかと思います。

行程の都合で早朝のチェックアウトだったにも関わらず、自分のためだけに朝食の用意をしてくれたのがよかった。また立地もたいへんよくて満足でした。

This place is small but convenient. The hotel staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy but good ( boiled eggs, juice, coffee, cheese, meat , bread , yogurt ). The hotel is ideal situated, close to the Monastiraki square where you shop, eat and people watch. The only issue we had was first thing in the morning there would be no hot water due to other guests having taken a shower. Also when taking a shower, water would get all over the bathroom floor due to the low shower guard at the bottom. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience and would stay here again !!

Cecil Hotel is very centrally situated. Five minute walk from metro and tourist area. The surrounding area is authentically Athenian,. lively and interesting. The hotel is basic, a bit old fashioned but excellent value, quiet and comfortable. There are lots of cafés, pastry shops and a large general store on the street below. A fridge is available on each floor for the use of guests. Rooms clean, towels changed daily and sheets every two to three days. From my experience appeals to a variety of age group and tourist. This was my second stay in Cecil Hotel.

The hotel is in a strategic position, between the two most characteristic neighborhoods of Athens, Plaka and Monastiraki. It is very close to the metro. Some shops, restaurants and bars are on the street

No frills accommodation but clean and central to all the sites. I loved the charm of the building and the central lift. View from the roof area is wonderful. As a single traveller the room suited, small shower results in water going over the floor but honestly who cares about that. Would definitely stay again

The location was amazing for us, cleaning was excellent, room was good, breakfast could have been a little better, on cloudy rainy days there was not so much hot water which was not so nice.

Perushotelli ilman mitään suurempia mukavuuksia. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja ystävällistä sekä siisteys lyö moninkertaisesti suomalaisten hintaluokissa kalliimpienkin hotellien siisteystasot. Aamupalalla tarjonta oli suppea, mutta täysin riittävä. Metro lentokentältä kulkee ihan hotellin viereen. Tärkeimmät nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä ja kauppoja sekä ravintoloita löytyy lähietäisyydeltä aika varmasti lähes joka makuun.

Hotel in posizione centrale, ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i posti di interesse. Buon prezzo e personale gentile. La camera è nella media come dimensioni, ma il bagno è decisamente troppo piccolo e la doccia andrebbe modernizzata, in quanto troppo vecchia. Colazione inclusa. Complessivamente, un buon punto di appoggio per visitare la città.

Cecil Hotel has an old world feel. Staff are helpful and approachable. It is very central and within walking distance of many attractions and a major metro station. Athinas Street is very authentically Greek and the hotel is surrounded by all kinds of fascinating shops. The breakfast is self service, very basic but available. It can get very busy. A perfect hotel for those who want to enjoy Athens rather than spend a lot of time in their room.

L'hôtel est très très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied très facilement, c'est vraiment chouette. Par contre nous avions une chambre minuscule, sans rangement, ce qui est vraiment pénible quand on y reste plusieurs jours. Le petit déjeuner est plus que sommaire et le jus de fruit n'en a que le nom, comme le café.

Todo muy bien. No nos gustaron las camas, muy ruidosas sería bueno cambiarlas, y un refrigerador pequeño por cuarto o cada dos cuartos sería mejor, por lo demás excelente.
