The hotel and its staff are very accommodating. The rooms are small and cozy, but that adds to the charm. Restaurants in the area are fantastic. My only negative is the beds are hard as a rock.

Looks better in the photos
The online photos do not convey the backstreet location, or the general poor condition of the hotel. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, not the same for the breakfast waiting staff. Breakfast was buffet style but not the best. The hotel is however clean and fairly comfortable, in my opinion not worth the extra money for executive rooms.

I can't fault my experience with the sea breeze. Especially the service I experienced from Alexandria she went above and beyond to make sure all our transit transfers were organised she is professional and very efficient and nothing you need is a problem. Recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone. I will certainly return.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Leider wurde nichts in Erneuerung oder Instandhaltung investiert. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht wieder in Gang gesetzt werden. Man bot uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer an, dies aber mit getrennten Betten. Außerdem konnten wir bei Gesprächen anderer Gäste erfahren, dass auch in ihren Zimmern die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Bei jedem Duschen überflutet man das Bad, da die Wanne scheinbar undicht ist und das Wasser darunter herausläuft. Das Personal gab sein bestes und war immer sehr freundlich. Es war auch nett das man uns für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten einen Drink an der Bar ausgab. Leider hat das unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht aufgewertet. Es tut mir leid eine so negative Bewertung zu geben, aber sie entspricht der Realtität.

Hotel perto da praia e alguns beach club em Atenas. Para acesso a regiao da Acropole usamos carro e levou entre 15 e 20 minutos. Otimo custo beneficio! Cafe da manhã bom!

A very convenient hotel for anyone using Alimos Marina. Clean, good value and perfect for an overnight stop over. A basic breakfast was included and they were happy to give us a late checkout!

Ruhige Lage und dicht am Meer
Straße der Zeit wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Anfahrt dadurch erschwert. Durchschnittliches Hotel mit großen Zimmer, jedoch sehr weichen Betten. Großes Bad mit halb offener Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet übersichtlich mit Frühstücksraum, der viel zeitgenössische Bilder ausstellt. Insgesamt befriedigendes Kosten/Leistungsverhältnis.

Overnight stay after sailing trip
Stayed here after arriving at Alimos Marina which is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Shops and cafes nearby.

Good hotel by the beach
Great hotel by the beach and good location to almost everything in Alimos. However, receptiom desk had some problems with their reservation system which at the end worked out fine. Would recommend.

Der var hvad der var brug for på værelset og døgnåben reception. Det var rent, men lidt nedslidt og vi housekeeping var ikke forbi værelset det sidste døgn vi var der. Der manglede afskærmning på bruseren, hvilket betød at det meste af badeværelset var vådt efter et bad. Afløbet I bruseren var stoppet da tjekkede ind.

Very disappointing dirty old hotel/rooms
This is not a 4 star hotel. We were greatly disappointed with this hotel. It is very old one. The bathroom had holes in the floor, the chairs had large dirty spots, the furniture was old. We even asked to upgrade the room as honestly it was disgusting (our choice was double standard room, and according to pictures it should have been a totally different room). Unfortunately, we were told that we need to wait for the next day, so the manager will come to work and see if we can take another "better" room. Breakfast was terrible, almost nothing to eat, only eggs, cereals and "expired" jams. We changed our hotel for the last day, as the hotel almost ruined our impression and excitement of the vacation and Greece.

Fantastic stay
We spent 10 days in this hotel. The room was large, clean, with a large bathroom. The bed is also large and comfortable; we also had two great comfortable armchairs and a couch. Wi-Fi ok, free. The hotel is located no more than 10 minutes from the beach. We could reach Sintagma square in almost 40 minutes by bus. The tram is perhaps faster. The entire hotel team was kind, polite, ready (and able) to help. Breakfast ok.
