「The owner said they have stopped operating the villa since 5 years ago. We were stranded in the airport with no accommodation for a day until we manage to book another hotel. I want to request for a refund. This is ridiculous. 」

The area is also infested with cockroaches. We contacted vrbo support for a solution because my family has asthma and even provided proof from my doctor to vrbo which led to extremely poor...
