Great location and wonderful view only

The hotel has a magnificent location on the best beach on Sokhna coast, the hotel design and landscape are also very good, however it has some major problems on the hygiene factors and the overall cleanness. The furniture and the bed mattresses are not up to the hotel grade and rates. I‘ve been offered an upgrade to a suite with the best view on the mountain, pool and the sea which was so generous of them however the interior fit out was so poor due to lack of maintenance, the sanitary and toilets have so many broken parts. The beach and pools close at 6:45 pm while the sunset is @ 8 pm for no reasonable reasons. Breakfast is ok while the dinner was very poor with no varieties, the stuff was friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed the stay because of the wonderful view, téléphérique and the surroundings but I won’t definitely go again.

The sea view suite was fabulous. The food was, however, average at best. The beach area was so small and has hardly any sandy area. Also there construction at the beach front which was annoying.

Staff is amazing and friendly. The property needs serious pest control, once we checked in we found the Apparment full up with mosquitos. If the beach is a major reason for you to be there, do not consider this hotel. It is not usable due to rocks. Food is average. Swimming pool was great and clean.

My stay was so unpleasant at a totally new level of Unpleasant. Starting from the security guy at the gate who wanted full charge of car parking of the entire stay in advance by counting the number of nights on his fingers. Then the check in process that was almost in slow motion all in all 2 hours although I made sure to arrive half an hour after the check in time. Then came the avalanche of lies of all sizes. They gave me 2 pool view rooms instead of Seaview as per my reservation on the account that I reserved standard rooms and all standard rooms are side Seaview! Then we had to walk through the drill that I have to pay extra to upgrade my reservation to a Seaview, which I had to accept to salvage the holiday for my wife and daughter. Then came the cherry on top the moment I went to check the Seaview.... I found a huge yellow bulldozer on the beach next to the sunbeds!!! Their excuse is When I tried to walk on the

Une mauvaise expérience

Dès le check in on a commencé à avoir des soucis. (2 heures pour avoir une chambre) La chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. La nourriture nest pas du tout bonne mais en plus chère. Il n y a pas d’alcool à cet hôtel (ce n’était pas mentionné nulle part). La grosse déception c’est la plage : il s’agit de sable pour les travaux qui est mis sur des galets sur une minuscule zone. Les gens étaient entassés (malgré une 3eme vague du Covid ) à la piscine je n’osais même pas mettre un pied tellement c’était plein à craquer. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas un 5* et ne correspond pas aux normes internationales surtout pour des touristes. Le parking est payant. Le kids area est payant également.

But, If you are looking for a majestic recently built hotel, on a virgin land surrounded with glorious mountains, crowned with nice food, and very friendly staff this is your place!
