We are very sorry to read this comment from your side although your guest comment (filled on the boat), you marked everything (Excellent) Please allow me to explain some points to your good self -Sonesta St. George Nile Cruise is a French-Style classic boat not a modern one. - Our Nile Cruise was totally renovated by March 2020 included the linens (Off White not white), pillows & mattresses. - Regarding the open buffet, we cannot provide a large open buffet as per the instructions of the Ministry of Tourism as a Hygiene protocol against COVID 19 and we had only 08 persons on this cruise date but we always assure that all the clients get what they asked for and they are satisfied so we arranged a Lunch open buffet on the Sun deck and our Diner is always A la carte set Menu Please advise if you asked for any service and our staff didn't respond as our boat manager is very keen to ask all the clients if they need anything. NB: We care about our clients and we do our best to let them enjoy their trip
