The rooms are massive, the pool and rooftop area are very well maintained and have a nice calming vibe, and the food at both restaurants were amazing. We barely left the hotel the entire time we were there! there were power outages in the city but the hotel generator quickly kicks in so you as a guest don’t even feel the black out! They really put the guests first. I can’t wait to return!

Nice room but Hotel WiFi was atrocious

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The WiFi was atrocious! They had at least five different WiFi routers and I had to consistently switch between routers to try to stay connected to the internet. The laundry service was terribly expensive.

The property was generally nice and clean. The beds were not as comfortable as say a Hyatt Place, but they were decent. We were disappointed that the hot water in our room was barely lukewarm. Also, they only provided two towels even though there were three of us on the reservation (I was told by an employee that this is standard practice). The phone in our room did not work, so I had to go downstairs to request more towels. Besides those couple of issues, it was clean, safe, and had everything we needed.
