Quanto ao hotel é um hotel muito antigo com estrutura física e louça sanitárias antigas de funcionamento razoável. Cama para dormir boa. Ar condicionado bom. Chuveiro muito bom é uma a ducha e a ducha saí água para todos os lados menos em cima de você. Café da manhã bom, porém demorava para repor alguns alimentos especialmente o ovo mexido e mamão nunca tinha à mesa. Funcionários; da limpeza à gerência todos muito prestativos, atenciosos. Sempre nos ajudam em que precisamos. Indico com essas ressalvas.

Het zag er niet uit als op de foto. Bovendien werd er extra kosten in rekening gebracht. De airco was verouderd en kapot. Er liepen overal kleine kakkerlakken rond. Zelfs op het bed. In de badkamer kon je ze goed zien, omdat de tegel wit zijn. Er zat ook één in de koelkast. Badkamer is krap, verouderd en wastafel stond zelfs voor mij te laag. En ik ben klein van stuk. Geen koffie of thee. En de koelkast was leeg. Voor het geld was dit laatste twee voor mij niet essentieel. Geen extra stopcontact om je telefoon of ipad op te laden. Dan moet die van de tv of koelkast even gebruikt worden. Ze maken wel de kamer schoon en je krijg schone handdoeken. Het ontbijt was simpel en elke dag hetzelfde. Het bed lag voor mij wel lekker. Ik hou van een beetje stevig matras. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk. De meeste spreken geen engels. De lobby ziet er redelijk uit, vergeleken met kamers. Het hotel heeft een make-over nodig. Hooguit cosmetisch.

Todo perfecto!

Lugar excelente, muy bien ubicado en el corazón de Asunción. Todos los recepcionistas fueron educados y atentos, siempre con dos empleados diferentes disponibles en todos los turnos, además de un guardia afuera para garantizar mayor seguridad durante la noche. Excelente servicio de limpieza realizado por las auxiliares, siempre dejando mi espacio limpio y organizado cada vez que regresaba a descansar. Desayuno completo, todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno estaba disponible para el huésped. Hermosa piscina en la terraza con una gran vista de la Costanera y de Asunción en general. Lo único sobre lo que no puedo opinar es el servicio de bar, ya que no consumí nada. Estoy muy feliz por haber elegido el lugar adecuado con excelente relación costo-beneficio y ubicación.
