Hotel antiguo sin una remodelación acuerde a los standares de hospitalidad, menaje antiguo, armario muy antiguo, zancudo en la habitación, solicite un insecticida, recepción dijo que llevaria a la habitación y nunca llego. Desayuno con demasiados hidratos de carbono y sin proteina (huevo)

Todo perfecto!

Lugar excelente, muy bien ubicado en el corazón de Asunción. Todos los recepcionistas fueron educados y atentos, siempre con dos empleados diferentes disponibles en todos los turnos, además de un guardia afuera para garantizar mayor seguridad durante la noche. Excelente servicio de limpieza realizado por las auxiliares, siempre dejando mi espacio limpio y organizado cada vez que regresaba a descansar. Desayuno completo, todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno estaba disponible para el huésped. Hermosa piscina en la terraza con una gran vista de la Costanera y de Asunción en general. Lo único sobre lo que no puedo opinar es el servicio de bar, ya que no consumí nada. Estoy muy feliz por haber elegido el lugar adecuado con excelente relación costo-beneficio y ubicación.

O atendimento foi bom, mas o hotel está precisando de reforma, incluindo os banheiros: água quente que quase não sai, suportes das toalhas. O café da manhã achei bem fraco, comparado a outros que já passei.

Pedí un adaptador para cargar el celular y me lo querían alquilar, el ascensor era increíblemente lento, bajamos a desayunar y no había nada para comer, tuve que ir a recepción a pedir que repongan hasta el café. Aspecto muy antiguo , aire acondicionado prehistórico. Colchones muy incómodos. Para realizar el check in esperamos 20 minutos , siendo que no había casi gente.

Razoavel e barato

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico de Assunção. Pode-se ir a pé aos principais pontos turístico, incluindo o Restaurante Bolsi e Lido Bar. Local seguro e muito bem policiado. Bom café da manha. Deixa muito desejar na mobilia. Toalhas velhas. Preço muito bom.
