Pésima y pobre higiene y limpieza.

Mi experiencia viajando con mi marido y nuestra bebé de dos meses fue nefasta. El hostal no tiene mal aspecto por fuera pero, por dentro, las habitaciones están exageradamente sucias. Las sábanas probablemente no se habían lavado pues tenían manchas y pelos y el baño tampoco. Pese a haber pagado anticipadamente, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel por cuestiones de higiene. No le recomiendo este hostal a nadie

Avoid at all cost. If on a budget, go to a hostel.

Just one look at the sloppy looking receptionist and you know to expect the worst. She was wearing a heavily stained T-shirt and pants and had no idea we had even booked. The whole place is completely run down and smells terrible. Even though we had already paid in advance, we checked out about 10 minutes after arrival.

Eles têm tudo para melhorar!

O hotel não fornece a grande maioria dos itens relacionados na descrição do serviço e itens oferecidos. O café da manhã é literalmente café, variado com a opção de colocar leite, pão cortado em fatias e uma colher de sopa de doce de goiaba derretido no fogo com água. O quarto não estava limpo, tinha vários fios de cabelo tanto nos lenções da cama como no chão. Preferir seguir viagem ao invés de passar mais uma noite. Apesar disso eles nos decepcionaram muito bem, são pessoas agradáveis e nos assistiram quando precisamos.

Horrible-Me cobraron nuevamente

Es horrible, 3 veces me cambiaron de pieza. Lo que reserve no tenían, pague por expedia y me cobraron nuevamente en el hotel y el doble, osea me salio carísimo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

You Get What You Pay For

Location is walking distance to everywhere. Front desk was helpful. Bathroom had reliable hot water. Internet was fully functional. Only issue was that hair from the previous long haired person could be found. But at the low price I got, it could be viewed as fair.

El Hotel es de última categoría y además a 3 meses de haber contratado esta habitación apareció un gasto de Gs. 300,000 en la targeta que nunca he realizado (ya realicé la denuncia por intento de fraude)

Não cumpre o que promete

Infelizmente, as instalações estão muito velhas e parecem não ter passado por nenhuma manutenção há algum tempo. Fomos alocados num primeiro quarto, no qual, apesar das promessas da recepção de que seria um quarto com cama de casal, estaríamos alocados em duas camas de solteiro. Fomos então a um segundo quarto, onde não funcionava a descarga do vaso sanitário e o chuveiro não tinha regulagem de temperatura, saindo apenas água extremamente quente (no auge do verão paraguaio!). Em seguida, após reclamarmos, fomos enviados para um terceiro quarto, no qual o banheiro estava bem, mas a cama quebrou durante nossa estadia. Por fim, fomos enviados a outro quarto, em que o banheiro e a cama funcionavam bem, mas o ar condicionado era fraco, sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura. Para tudo isso, tivemos que reclamar muito e lidar com respostas evasivas da equipe. Precisamos ameaçar sair do hostel para que a situação fosse minimamente resolvida. Já nos hospedamos em hostel anteriormente e sabemos que são hospedagens baratas e simples, mas esperávamos que o mínimo, já que reservamos um quarto de casal com banheiro privativo, e a descrição garantia ar condicionado e televisão a cabo (não havia em nenhum quarto). A localização é boa, próxima ao centro da cidade, mas neste momento eu não retornaria a este estabelecimento.

De terror, es poco

Jamás había ido a un hotel tan espantoso, es difícil de llegar, la ubicación da miedo, la chica de recepción hablaba español, pero no entendía nada de lo que se le decía. La habitación MINÚSCULA, las camas eran single, pegadas con cola una sobre la otra que daba terror, más tebleque que gelatina. El piso estaba roto, ROTO, que no se podía andar descalzo, para ducharse con el hilo de agua que salía (fría) había que pegarse al azulejo de la pared. No tenían toallas. El aire acondicionado no tenía ni enchufe ni regulador por lo que no había forma de mermarle y tuvimos que deshacer el equipaje para cubrirnos con buzos y camperas. El desayuno era vomitivo, el café intomable y las tostadas parecían de hacía una semana (ese es el desayuno, café con tostadas sin siquiera mermelada). En definitiva es un espanto, sólo lo recomiendo porque cuesta menos de 3 euros la noche por persona.
