Posto molto bello, immerso nella campagna di Assisi, ottimo per rilassarsi in un'atmosfera molto piacevole. Mi è piaciuto tanto il servizio, la cortesia e la gentilezza. Cucina deliziosa a cena. Unica nota dolente la stanza, almeno la nostra, troppo piccola, e senza armadi.

SETTIMANA DI RELAX TRA IL VERDE E SOTTO IL SOLE!!!

Di fronte ad Assisi, residenza molto bella immersa nel verde di fiori e piante di ogni genere... credo che nei mesi di maggio e giugno sia spettacolare! Personale veramente gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ristorante ottimo! Coccolati dal giovane ma bravissimo Chef che personalmente segue le scelte dei clienti adattandosi anche alle loro 'esigenze dietetiche'. La terra dell'Umbria, poi, è sempre una magnifica conferma di bellezze artistiche e naturali e bontà eno-gastronomiche. E' stata proprio una bella vacanza, grazie a tutto lo staff che spero di rivedere presto!!!

Avevo prenotato una camera De lux. Ho dovuto cambiare poiché vicino a me c'era una famiglia insopportabile. L'isolamento acustico è inesistente. Mi hanno dato una camera standard e nessuno sconto. Il personale della reception non mi ha introdotto nella struttura, ho dovuto imparare con tentativi ed errori: solo l'ultimo giorno ho scoperto gli aperitivi in omaggio, ah che peccato! In camera c'è sky, ma la tv è di 11". Non capisco il motivo. Il ristorante è buono, ma con un menù molto ristretto per una struttura a 5 stelle. Il personale del ristorante è molto gentile. La collazione al mattino la definirei meno ricca di una collazione a casa, penso renda l'dea. I cornetti del giorno prima si ripropongono fino all'esaurimento scorta. Il centro benessere ha ugualmente personale molto gentile, ma ho trovato il bagno turco guasto, una sauna per max 3 persone e una vasca da idromassaggio per 2. La piscina fuori era sporca nei giorni del weekend, mentre poi ogni giorno veniva pulita. Non capisco la logica. Il posto merita al massimo, con grande generosità, 3 stelle. E se si trovasse in paesi dove il turismo si esercita con serietà e precisione, forse 2. Le 5 stelle in Italia oramai non rappresentano alcuna garanzia. Infine, la clientela è un vero bijou: al buffet della prima collazione ho sentito addirittura delle parolacce. Il resto lo lascio alla vs immaginazione - osate pure!
