Cozy cottage with pool in Assisi

This cosy holiday home, surrounded by nature, is located on a property with unpaved forest paths, in the Monte Subasio National Park. It has a shared swimming pool and the house can comfortably accommodate a couple or a family.

The property is 10 km from Assisi and is reached via a small road full of bends. At 15 km distance you can find places of entertainment. The historical towns of Perugia (38 km), Assisi (10 km) and Gubbio (25 km) are easy to reach, as is Lake Trasimeno (50 km) and the Marche region.

The estate covers a total of 240 hectares of fully fenced land, with deer and horses. It is highly recommended for people who like to spend their holidays far away from civilization, in the middle of nature. On the estate there is a riding school and a restaurant. The holiday houses are a few kilometres away from the reception and the restaurant. There are possibilities to make walks or to lie by the pool and enjoy the overwhelming panorama.
