「I stayed at the Tidelands 10 years ago. It was a very nice place at that time. The staff are still wonderful, but the hotel itself needs a little help. They need to retrain their housekeeping staff. Corners of the rooms to include the bathroom, were dirty. The toilet wiggled when you sat down, the curtains were sagging from the tops and/or they weren't hooked to the curtain rod and this was in both suites that we were in. The rooms need painting/freshening up, especially so early in the season....

「The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been a tad better, but just bring some disinfectant wipes to give it an extra boost of cleanliness. Other than that, I booked this trip for my best friend and I and we had a BLAST!! We were barely at the hotel as there is so much to do around this hotel. 10/10 would recommend again. 」

「Checkin and Checkout was Were easy and fast, however through our stay house cleaning never came to our room for more towles or to replace bedding. Room was clean on arrival however there were spots of mold in the shower, but talking with some other guests they had no issues in their rooms.but overall the staff was great 」
