気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The booking stated we would receive soap and shampoo. The owner stated that they would not provide shampoo - which I'd not packed. I also had to contact the owner on the evening of our arrival to complain that there was no soap. This was dropped through the letterbox the following morning.
The property was not clean. There were dead insects on the window sills of the front room. The kitchen and bathroom were full of spiders which we had to clean up.
Basically, we're disappointed not just by the standard of accommodation but the owner not delivering the amenities promised and also being slow to communicate when I reached out to them.
