Beautiful downtown Asheville stay!

Gorgeous apartment with a beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains. Perfectly decorated, comfortable bedding and great amenities. Wonderful location right downtown close to shops, breweries. Pet friendly. We had an awesome stay and hope to come back soon!

Downtown Stay

A comfortable, well-appointed, stylish property within walking distance of Asheville's best restaurants and shops. Our only complaint, which we read in other reviews, is the daily sirens from emergency vehicles.

Arras in Asheville

Beautiful unit. Accommodated 3 of us nicely. A bit noisy on the weekends. Mattress and carpet in bedroom need to be replaced.

Great getaway spot in Asheville

Cozy, modern suite in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything that makes Asheville so charming, quirky, and unique. The Luxury Edition Scrabble game was a wonderful touch. Would stay here again!

Great location and views

This was a great experience and it could not have been made easier. The valet parking is clutch. Awesome views from the 10th floor condo. The Condo was very clean and well appointed. I had seen reviews that it could be noisy at night, but I found it no different than any urban area. Location is perfect to walk through downtown Asheville and very close to Biltmore.

Great alternative option to a hotel room

Location could not be more central to the center of Asheville. The condo is fully equipped including good coffee.

Thump thump thump

When we contacted management regarding the loud thumping noise coming from the fan above the kitchen range, we were told they were aware of the problem but there was nothing they could do about it. We left the condo 2 days earlier than intended for this reason.

Great stay

We stayed in 1001, a pet friendly unit that provided a beautiful view of the mountains and amazing sunsets. The unit was quiet and clean, with modern amenities. The washer and dryer were much appreciated for our two-week stay. Management was responsive and friendly. Off-site parking was nearby and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We always wanted to visit Asheville and staying in this unit was the perfect spot in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. The accommodations were wonderful!

Perfect condo

We stayed for 3 nights and the condo was perfect. It was easy for us to get around Asheville. Service was fantastic! Would rent again.

Arras condo

Our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the beautiful condom and loved the Arras location and the amenities offered , including the valet parking . The valet parking staff were terrific and offered numerous tips and recommendations during our stay. The views of the mountains were wonderful, esp at sunset . Two suggestions . The kitchen could be better equipped . We like to cook and there were no mixing bowls and could have used more plates , place mats and better kitchen utensils. Also the condo had no art on the walls or decorations other than the pillows. A few pieces of art or other decorations would be nice . We look forward to returning.
