Just minutes from Downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Black Mountain. This luxurious contemporary masterpiece features all the elements to have a unique and really fun vacation!
Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with huge island is perfect for conversation and drinks while sharing a meal on the decks, fire pit and beautiful waterfall. Completely remodeled and brand new in 2016. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, all with new and contemporary bedding and decor. Ample parking for 3 cars if needed. High speed internet . Enjoy your vacation at this unique unforgettable home.. NON SMOKERS ONLY AND NO PETS! If there are smokers and pets in your group, please explore other options. Long Weekend With Friends
The property was perfect us (three out of town couples meeting for a long weekend). The living space was exactly what we needed. We all were comfortable and cozy, thanks to the open space and fireplace. Great location. Easy to get to Downtown, River Arts and Biltmore.

Fantastic Stay
Great home, super location! Fully equipped, clean, nicely appointed private spot close to everything! Alex was super accommodating, quick to respond to call or text-will definitely be staying at this “Dream” home again!

Great Asheville Home
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Close to downtown and Biltmore, the location allowed us to hike, sightsee and have fantastic dinners in a great town. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Asheville.

Quiet but convenient spot
This is a beautiful and comfortable house in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. But you are still just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Communication with the property manager was great - very responsive. We would stay here again for sure.
