This condo is clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, and access to downtown Asheville and to I-40 are great. This building is in the middle of Biltmore Village and appears to have sustained no damage from Hurricane Helene. Would stay here again.

We had a great time! Beautiful and spacious place, convenient location to Asheville and Biltmore. We were told by neighbors that there were bears in the neighborhood. A heads up about that to future guests would be good.

This unit was very nicely updated and decorated. It is in an excellent location. You are very close to the entrance of the Biltmore estate and we walked to restaurants and great shops in the village where we were located. The space in the condo was plentiful. There were two very large bedrooms with baths, and a comfortable living and dining space. Being on the ground floor was a plus with plenty of parking. We felt very safe there and would stay again.

The property is pretty, clean, and spacious. It had everything we could have wanted. If you plan on cooking, the over doesn’t work, but there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance, including Indian and Mexican choices. It is within walking distance to the Biltmore Estate, and there are some cute shops and galleries in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location and very spacious

This unit is in the ground floor of a former hospital that has been converted into rentals. The place is huge - very wide hallways, super spacious rooms. They could have easily made a 3rd bedroom with the square footage. Kitchen is updated and the unit is tastefully decorated. Bathroom has some mildew build up in the shower (not horrible but noticeable) and the sheets on the trundle bed seemed dirty (we saw hair and some crumbs). The king beds are otherwise decently comfortable and the daybed mattress is annoyingly squeaky. These issues really are minor though. Location cannot be beat - walk to cute shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Would stay here again.

We visited the Biltmore, and Antler village for 2 days. The location is perfect and super close for being off property. The convenience of the location allowed us to enter Biltmore in under 5 mins to make multiple trips in a day to visit everything.
