Welcome to our cottage nestled in nature, a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility, silence, and absolute relaxation. Located in the hamlet of Polesio, just 7 km from the historic center of Ascoli Piceno, this detached cottage will welcome you with its warm and comfortable atmosphere, far from the noise and hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Surrounded by greenery and with no neighbors, the villa is the ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature. You can relax in the private pool, enjoy the sun in the fully equipped garden, or dine al fresco with the barbecue, surrounded only by birdsong and the gentle breeze of the Marche hills.

The recently renovated interior features three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen round out the home, ensuring comfort and functionality.
