For your exclusive and private use: double bedroom, sofa bed for two (French size 140 cm), bathroom, living room with equipped kitchen, outdoor area (private garden/courtyard). Maximum comfort for four guests, complete independence.



Free public parking outside the house. Unlimited Wi-Fi.



On request, I can provide suggestions for wineries and food and wine tours.



The house is a newly built terraced home, energy class A, with air conditioning and mosquito screens.



Within a 5-minute walk: bars, restaurants, pastry shop, pizzeria, tobacconist, pharmacy. Supermarket 1 km away.



The house is at the beginning of the Crete Senesi, one of the most beautiful routes in Tuscany.

Florence can be reached by bus from the city center.
