Extra charges
A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 is to be paid on arrival.
Town tax is also to be paid on the spot at €2/pax/day, up to 7 days. Guests up to 12 years of age are exempt.
If necessary, gas for heating in the wintertime or when necessary because of the climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption at €1/mc.

Only 450 meters reachable with a short walk, the “Site Transitoire” is a monumental stone window, which stands on the hill framing the landscape tinged with incredible colours, especially at sunset. Just a 10-minute drive away are the food shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In Asciano itself, worth checking out are its historic structures like the 11th C Romanesque Basilica of Sant Agata and special food items like the pecorino cheese and white truffles.
Since the property is located right in the middle of Crete Senesi, it is really convenient and easy to explore the surrounding areas within an hour’s drive. Siena, with its beautiful Piazza Campo and Palio di Siena, and relaxation in the healing waters of Querciolaia and San Giovanni (in Rapolano Terme) are about a 25-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, for lovers of history and typical Tuscan charm, the stunning medieval village of Buonconvento, Montalcino, Val d’ Orcia and the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore are all within a 30-60 minute\' drive from here.
