Located on the first floor, in a quiet residence, this charming apartment with a view of the Port du Crouesty, consists of an entrance opening onto a living room with comfortable convertible sofa (140*190), a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with separate WC and a bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200).
Large balcony of 7.70 m². Ideal location, everything is within walking distance. Private parking space.

End of stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen area)

Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant within the limit of €4.30 per person per night.

The charming Fogeo beach is 700m away on foot. The port of Crouesty and its shops are just a few steps from the residence.
The shops in the town of Arzon are easily accessible (1.3km).

The Rhuys Peninsula, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, offers many activities. You can appreciate its landscapes by strolling on foot along its many coastal paths, by bicycle, via an extensive network of cycle paths, or by embarking for the islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic.
Hiking, kayaking, jet skiing, diving, golf and many other activities will satisfy your desires for sport and adventure. Its superb beaches are ideal for swimming.
The shops, boutiques, biscuit factories, bars and restaurants offer many local products.
Stop at Arzon thalassotherapy for a treatment, or come and discover the cultural heritage of the Rhuys peninsula! Between woods and marshes, visit the medieval castle of Suscinio in Sarzeau or stop in the shade of the walls of the cloister of the abbey of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, located 200 m from the sea.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, l’appartement est très bien situé mais nous aurions apprécié la présence d’un lave-vaisselle et d’un four en complément.
