The 60 m² house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, and a very comfortable bathroom with a large shower, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a TV, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot is also available.



The highlight of this accommodation is the outdoor area, with a large covered veranda where you can eat and relax. Only the initial part of the garden is shared, while the garden in front of the veranda, the barbecue, the wood-fired oven, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub are for the exclusive use of guests. The house is located along a beautiful pedestrian island with a cycle path overlooking the Gulf of Cannigione. There is a parking space inside the property and free parking on the street. Pets are allowed. Access to the hot tub with ambient temperature water (not heated) is included.
