The vacation home:
With approximately 72 m² of living space, the "Lilla älg" vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. The house is very modern and built and equipped to the highest standards (central ventilation system with filter technology, remote-controlled heating, EIB/KNX, etc.).

The modern open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, two separate bedrooms—each with a double bed—as well as the bathroom and utility room are located on the first floor. Another sleeping area with a double bed is located in the loft.

Outdoor area:
Outside, the approximately 65 m² terrace with a lake view, guaranteed sunshine, and comfortable lounge furniture invites you to relax. A staircase leads directly from the terrace to the private beach and dock. Thanks to the mosquito trap provided (Mosquito Magnet by Pioneer), annoying midges (“knott”) and mosquitoes are largely captured across the entire property (up to approx. 4,000 square meters).

Location:
The vacation home is located directly (3.5 meters) on Lake Älgsjön (you can’t get any closer ;-)). A true paradise for anglers, as the lake is highly sought after for pike and perch.

Optionally available:
Book our Bombard Commander C4 inflatable boat (15 PS) or the Linder Sportsman 445 Basic aluminum boat (15 PS) (each includes gas) as well. We’re happy to provide high-quality towels and exclusive bedding as an optional add-on at a flat rate per guest. To explore the surrounding area, 2 “Delite” e-bikes from Riese & Müller, as well as 2 ATVs (Segway Snarler 600 GS-N with 45 PS), are also available as optional add-ons.

You can also optionally book the separate 28-square-meter sauna building (for up to 14 people) and ice fishing sets (for 2 or 3 people). We’d be happy to help you organize guided tours (e.g., moose tours, Northern Lights tours, etc.) or a sightseeing flight over Arvika.

Included in the price:
Final cleaning is offered at a fixed rate. Electricity, water, and internet (Wi-Fi) are included in the rental price. We provide high-quality bed linens and towels for a fixed flat rate per guest (20.00 euros). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as the houses are also rented to guests with allergies.
