「Je suis victime d’une arnaque avec cette hotel qui n a jamais existé.je me suis rendu sur place j ai. C est un magasin et non un hôtel . Je vais porter plainte à la police d ici peu. Le numéro de téléphone ne passe pas. Je vais également opter plainte sur Hotel.com」

「Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! We checked in early, left the bags in the lounge and explored the city. Check in and out was really easy and there is a toilet just up the stairs if you need it in case you get to the hotel early and are dropping bags off. The...

「Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend」

The location is perfect; short walking distance to the main square in old town and not to far from subways. Marc the owner is amazing; goes above and beyond to insure you have a great stay.
