「Staff in the cafe downstairs were excellent very friendly and spoke some English enough for us to get what we wanted. Also served our first proper hot meal in 3 days 」

「Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant.」

「Rooms were lovely, clean and new with loads of cupboards and draws. Microwave, fidge and hob included. Everything we needed. Comfy bed. Nice helpful staff. Pool is on the top floor outside and not heated in winter so only for the brave!」

「Staff was very courteous and especially the cook in the breakfast area. She made great scrambled eggs! Receptionists were professional & greeted all guests daily. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel on premises. Across the street was a Mercadona and the opposite direction was an Eroski if one needs groceries. The roundabout nearby made it easy to travel to Pamplona, Roncesvalles & San Sebastián. We were in Room 205 & there was a strong smell of cleaning products that lingered for...
