The fantastic holiday home "Alta Vista" is located in Colònia de Sant Pere directly at the bay of Alcúdia and boasts a wonderful view of the sea. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 modern bedrooms, 2 high-quality bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The property, with a total area of 20.000 m², offers a wonderful, spacious outdoor area, which includes a balcony, a garden, several terraces, a barbecue and a pool. The 75 m² infinity pool with views of the deep blue sea and the mountains on the horizon is the absolute highlight of the accommodation. Refresh yourself here on hot summer days and relax on one of the sun loungers. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. A variety of seating options and lounge furniture invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset - everyday stress is quickly forgotten here! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 900 m away and Sa Macada de Sa Torre beach, a small pebble beach with crystal clear water, is 700 m from the property.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick, schönem Pool und netter Aussenküche mit grossem Sitzbereich. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. An der einen oder anderen Stelle wäre eine Renovierung hilfreich (Küche, Fenster, Mückengitter wären toll). Alles in allem aber ein schönes Haus, in dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich und gut. Für eine Topbewertung würden uns allerdings Topflappen oder ein zweites Handtuch, Besen oder Staubsauger fehlen.

Die Lage ist einmalig schön!

Pros: Der Pool war toll! Leider aber alles schon in die Jahre gekommen! Hier sollten die sehr netten Gastgeber in nächster Zeit an verschiedenen Stellen mal Hand anlegen! Cons: Die Sitz- und Liegeauflagen sind recht verschlissen! Was fehlt, sind Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten für die Schlafzimmer ! So wärmen sich diese tagsüber sehr auf! Und die Sonne weckt einen sehr früh 🤣

Alles war wunderbar !

Pros: Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Online Bilder haben uns nicht zu viel versprochen. Ganz im Gegenteil, auf den Bildern scheint alles nochmal kleiner und unspektakulärer als es tatsächlich ist. Den Ausblick aufs Meer haben wir richtigen genießen können. Ich empfinde auch die Makel der Vorgänger Kommentare, wie „abbröckeln des Leders“ oder „abbrechen der poolfließen“ meckern auf höchstem Niveau. Wir persönlich konnten kein bröckeln an jeglichen Stellen sehen. Und wer sich in seinem Urlaub die Fugen von Fenstern und Türen anschaut, hat unserer Meinung nach zu viel Langeweile ^^ hier gibt es deutlich sehenswertere Ausblicke :) Das selbständige Müll wegbringen empfanden wir auch nicht negativ, da im Ort gefühlt an jeder Ecke Mülltonnen stehen um den dort ein zu sortieren. Claudia war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man konnte sie zu jeder Zeit kontaktieren. Wir waren überaus zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Pros: Alleinlage, trotzdem mit Rad oder Auto schnell erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Dorf;Panorama, Grosszügige Gestaltung des Hauses, viel Platz. Separate sommerküche. claudia war sehr hilfsbereit Cons: Im Winter kommt die Sonne erst sehr spät auf das grundstück

Erholsam und unkompliziert...

Wunderbare ruhige Lage, ungestört, toller Pool.. Schöner Ort für Ausflüge auf die Insel und dann entspannen am Pool. Grosszügiges Haus (wir waren nur zu zweit, aber auch zu 6 wäre es angenehm groß). Mehrere Terrassen. Wunderschöner Blick. Klimaanlage unbedingt dazubuchen (kostet extra) für angenehme Nächte. Mückenmittel mitnehmen.

Traumhafter Blick, tolle Lage, hochwertiges Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Alcudia ist direkt zwar durch einige hohe Nadelbäume verdeckt. Seitlich und vom Pool aus kan aber noch genug Mittelmeer sehen, um den Ausblick bei einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Natustein und Terracotta-Fliesen ausgestattet und wurde sehr hochwertig erbaut, ist aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An etlichen Stellen bröseln die Fugen an Fenstern und Fliesen, in der Küche lassen sich einige Schränke kaum noch öffnen. Mängel über die man bei einem Mittelmeerurlaub allerdings in gewissem Umfang hinwegsehen sollte. Aufgrund der Menge ziehen wir hier aber doch einen Stern von der Gesamtwertung ab. Die Betreuung von Claudia war hervorragend. Der Geschirrspüler war kaputt und sie organisierte, dass sogar am Karfreitag dann doch noch ein neues Gerät eingebaut wurde, nachdem mehrere Reparaturversuche gescheitert waren. Darüber hinaus vermittelte sie Kontakt zu den örtlichen Fischern, so dass wir den Fisch fangfrisch aus dem Boot kaufen konnten. Der Pool war herrlich, allerdings Ende März/Anfang April mit ca. 13-15 Grad noch ziemlich kalt. Insgeamt haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub verbraucht und können uns durchaus vorstellen, die Villa noch einmal zu buchen.
