"The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of the on-piste bars and restaurants for some mid ski refreshment. "

"Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"

"From the balcony you can see the slopes and enjoy a coffee looking at the mountains. The balcony is in the sun most of the day. As we stayed new years eve, we could watch the torch light decent and fireworks from the balcony. The shops were directly below the property and within easy access. The room was set up for skis to be stored. As a family with teenagers, the keysafe was a life saver. Conversations with Justin was very easy and fast. Would definitely stay again. "

"I and my family stayed there for a week. The place is quite small, but ok if you just sleep there. There is fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meals. It is very close to the lifts and the village centre. Pool and saunas are available every afternoon which is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.Prisca (the owner) is a great host. Fantastic communication. She will look after you remotely and answer all the questions.If I ever go back skiing in Les Arcs I know where I will be staying :-)"
