Beautiful apartment located in an exclusive residential complex with swimming pool in Costa del Silencio, Arona. Decorated with great attention to detail, this apartment is ideal for families or couples as it can accommodate up to 3 people and is strategically located close to the most popular tourist spots in the south of the island, but in a very quiet area. Very bright and equipped with everything you need, it is the ideal place to enjoy a perfect holiday.
This apartment is perfect for couples, families and friends as it can accommodate up to 3 people. It is divided into a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower; a bright living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and Wifi Internet; opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a pleasant environment.
Located in an exclusive residential complex with two swimming pools, one for children, and spacious communal areas. It has numerous sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax in an ideal location with beautiful views.
It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and other points of interest in the south of the island. In addition, its perfect access to the motorway makes it easy to visit other areas of Tenerife.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, living-dining room, terrace, hairdryer, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, bed linen, towels and communal swimming pool.
There is also air conditioning in the lounge/diner and bedroom.
The complex has a limited car park, parking is possible as long as there are free spaces.

I was very impressed with this property and the value for money it represented, easy to find and access with a management company quick to respond to any enquiries.The apartment is clean, bright and well furnished with the important touches including plenty of wooden clothes hangers, 3 kitchen knives (plus a sharpener),washing machine, sun brolley, insectocutor and a large veranda and table. Lots of drawers to but your stuff too. A well kitted out kitchen includes toaster, microwave, mini contact grill and enough pots and pans to cook meals as well as basic spices.In a quiet area with supermarkets and restaurants a 10 minute walk and the seaside town of Las Galletas 15 minutes walk away.
